Huckleberry was a special horse. He is so special that he was able to save Lauren from a very serious accident.
On August 2019, there were 10 horses waiting to be sold, but one horse is left that had no one any interest in.
Lauren then thought of giving that one horse the life he deserved.
She described the horse as having not a lot of energy and being very thin.
But there is something very interesting about this horse’s personality.
Huckleberry is an exceptional horse that has a great personality.
For instance, it takes him 3.5 seconds to pop a giant yoga ball and play with it like a baton.
He is a very playful horse.
He also enjoyed how entertaining he was as he was continuously playful.
Lauren focused on making Huckleberry healthy.
When he was getting better, she took him for a walk. Huck started laying on the ground and playfully rolling around. That was when she realized how interesting this horse’s personality is.
Huck was very happy to have human interaction as he lacked the social skills to interact with other horses.
He looked at Lauren as a friend.
One of Huckleberry’s adorable gestures is when he greets Lauren and immediately turns his back from her to have his butt scratched.
He just became sillier and sillier.
Lauren’s first objective is to train him so they can have him for adoption.
When he was starting to get better, she found a saddle that fits him.
On September 2021, Lauren decided to take Huckleberry out for a ride.
When they reached a part of their neighborhood where there are many dogs, Huckleberry became nervous and suddenly took off running.
Lauren fell off, but luckily, Huck came home. When Lauren’s husband saw Huck, he knew that something bad happened so he went looking for Lauren.
During this accident, Lauren fractured her skull and broke her nose.
However, Lauren’s husband mentioned that even if she was in this situation, Lauren asked if Huck was fine, 3 times.
This shows how Lauren was very concerned with the horse’s state. She then said that she thought that because Huckleberry went home to get her husband, the horse saved her life.
Although Lauren thinks Huckleberry is guilty, he did the right thing and saved his life.
Lauren and Huckleberry already had their first ride after the incident and she felt that Huck was very protective of her.
He was back to the jolly and playful horse that he is.
Lauren realized that Huckleberry was an emotional horse and how important safety is.
Their bond became very strong even after the incident and she thinks that they will be together for life.
A lot of people who watch the video mentioned how adorable and loving animals like Huckleberry are.
