Canines and German Shepherds, in particular, are often essential team members of army squads. This soldier decided to rehearse a military tactical training, with plenty of turns, twists, and drops. The military man trains with his trusted four-legged partner, but their fancy footwork isn’t just for training purposes only.
The moves that these two make is quite remarkable – although the soldier never lays an eye on the dog or tells it what to do, the German Shepherd synchronizes with his owner in perfect unison. When the soldier crouches to the ground, the dog gently remains under him and when the man twists around, the dog simply zigzags between his legs.
A great performance, even more so when you see that this military training is based on the rhythm of ‘Por Una Cabeza’, a popular tango song written by the Argentian Carlos Gardel in 1935.
Their unusual and flawless military tango waltz and the fact that the loyal German Shepherd always keeps an eye on his boss make this a truly must-see video.
