Ah, adorable little puppies don’t stay very little for too long. Meet Colby and Bleu, two pups who have been nicknamed as the “Cheese Pups” by their owners. They’re two incredibly cute Golden Retrievers and both very much enjoy spending time with each other. They particularly enjoy their tasty meals and are thrilled whenever dinner is ready.

The second that Colby and Bleu hear that food has been served, they both race to their food bowls as fast as possible as if they hadn’t eaten in months.

It’s a fantastically adorable sight to behold, and the owners of the “Cheese Pups” decided to capture their playful footage for the whole world to see.

What’s so special about this video of Colby and Bleu, is that it’s actually a time-lapse video. The owners recorded them every week and you can literally see the pups grow over time in the video. The first call to dinner was filmed when the two pups were just 11 weeks old: two small adorable Golden Retrievers with an empty stomach who couldn’t wait to grab a bite of their meals.

Every single time, the two pups race to the scene in hilarious fashion. One of the two seems to regularly have troubles balancing on his paws, perhaps because his enthusiasm is just too much to handle.

The video that has been posted on YouTube is truly a sort of time capsule. Just a bit later at 16 weeks, you can already notice that Colby and Bleu have noticeably grown larger. One month further and these two best friends are already very different from what they looked like in the beginning of the video.

The small little pups were no more, but Colby and Bleu certainly never lost their cuteness.

One thing that the pair might have noticed is that they had gotten bigger, but the hallway they’re used to racing in wasn’t. It’s pretty funny to see the two dogs having a more difficult time speeding toward their food bowls, but their everlasting enthusiasm more than makes up for it.

Because Colby and Bleu tend to eat their bowl of delicious kibble too fast, their owners bought a couple of special slow feeder bowls as rapid eating isn’t very healthy.

The YouTube video quickly went viral and has been viewed almost 14 million times. You can also check out the other adventures of the Cheese Pups on their popular Instagram page.
