An unknown man was seen running on the beach when he suddenly started moving quickly towards a stray dog.
When you take a look at the footage, there is no possible doubt: the man wanted to attack the dog and kick it for no reason at all – pure senseless violence against animals.
In the short video that has been posted on Facebook and was viewed over a million times, you can see the jogger running towards a black-furred dog with the intention to kick it in the stomach. The peaceful stray dog is just sitting at the beach taking in the great sights, but can luckily hear the man coming from behind.
In a move that likely relied on the dog’s instinct, he managed to get away from the kick just in time.
The slippery sand also made the man fall directly on his backside, as his attempt to hurt the dog had luckily gone wrong.
He lost his balance in the sand, but he was still in for an immense surprise. You could even say that the man got a taste of his own medicine.
It turns out that the dog definitely wasn’t alone on the beach, as there were a couple of dog friends around that quickly spotted the man despicable behavior. Realizing that their four-legged friend was in trouble, they all made their way howling and running towards the man for a little bit of revenge.
Very quickly the roles had been reversed. The hunter very much became the hunted when he saw half a dozen angry and vengeful dogs chasing him down. He is seen running as fast as he can – and even more dogs joined the party quickly.
Scared for his life, the man then came closer to the ocean still surrounded by the dogs. We’re not really sure if he tumbled in the ocean on purpose to get away from the dogs or if he simply fell once again, but it seems that he had certainly learned his lesson.
The term ‘instant karma’ certainly applies to this man and for him, it’s a great lesson that there’s never a good reason to perform a senseless act of violence – especially on a dog who’s got a lot of loyal friends more than willing to return the favor.
