The first night Chris Newsome saw a toad sitting on his front porch, he didn’t think anything of it. But when the same toad started showing up again and again, Chris decided that it was time to have some fun with his new visitor.
He created a little top-hat for his new friend using some pink and purple foam paper that he had lying around.
While the hat looked okay, Chris realized that it needed a little bit more embellishment to make it perfect. So he added on a pink feather and a monocle.
The toad kept coming back every night, so Chris created more fun hats for him to wear. He went for a Western theme and made the toad a little cowboy hat and lasso.
Then he turned the toad into the perfect ‘90s teen by giving him a sideways baseball cap.
Chris also tried giving a hat to his Golden Retriever Daisy, but she was not as excited about being a fashion model.
Thankfully, the little toad is much more enthusiastic about getting to try on Chris’s creations. Chris’s toad hats are definitely going to be the biggest thing to hit the runway next year!
