What would you do if you found a litter of puppies abandoned in a cave?
While that question isn’t one that many of us will ever have to answer, one man took the incredible circumstances and made something beautiful! More than just rescuing puppies in need, he made them a home!
One man found a litter of puppies abandoned in a cave.
The internet is full of incredible videos! In this example, a man finds a litter of puppies sitting in a cave and decides to build them an incredible castle out of mud! More than that, he cares for them and feeds them since they have no one else. It is one of the wildest things you will ever see.
The man records himself taking the four puppies home.
In a literal hole in the ground, the man takes four puppies and puts them in a basket to take home. They are absurdly cute and might not have made it if they hadn’t been found. There are two golden ones and two black and tan ones. Putting them in a wicker basket, he throws them over his shoulder and carries them the one kilometer home.
What we see next is definitely out of the ordinary.
While many of us would have saved the puppies, what this man does next is unexpected! Gathering some sticks, he places them in a pile and starts getting ready to build some type of structure. Chopping with a machete, he gets all the sticks ready for construction.
Pounding the sticks into an old abandoned ant hill, we see the first parts of the construction.
Using vines, the man creates a frame out of the sticks and holds them together in various shapes. When he finishes, we see a structure about four feet long and a few feet high. The anthill behind it is massive! Thankfully, he just uses it for construction materials because it is abandoned.
Gathering large baskets of mud, he starts plastering the stick frame.
Using a pale mud, the man starts plastering his stick frame with the mud. The bones of the structure showed us one thing but the mud reveals something even more incredible. Complete with steps, towers, cone roofs, and more, this is one incredible homemade mud castle!
The next step is the greenery!
Using grass and moss, he makes the dirt seem homey! It really looks like some type of magical dwarven home, only for puppies! Placing some sand inside for them to play on, the only step is to let it dry and bring the puppies in.
Bringing over the basket of puppies, they are a bit confused at first.
Walking around, sleeping, and scratching seem to be all the puppies are initially concerned with. Eventually, they start playing on their new home and having a blast! This is a million times better than a damp cave. Once they get comfortable with the castle, they seem to have fallen in love with their new home.
To finish off the wonderful scene, the puppies get some food and a bath.
Placing a bamboo shoot with some milk in it, the puppies go to town and make an absolute mess – it’s awesome! They are obviously so much better off than in that cave. After a good bath and some pets, they are ready for a good night’s sleep.
