We have heard thousands of tales of pets saving their owners’ lives and that just shows how wonderful it is to have one in every household. They could serve as your friend, a stress reliever, and someone you could just continue to rely on.

Animals are extra perceptive when it comes to danger. They can instinctively tell if there are any oddities in the weather itself. Cats and dogs can often tell whether a storm is coming, so if you can see them feeling agitated, take them seriously and don’t ignore them for it could be a warning.

Towns in Tennessee suffered losses after being recently hit with a natural calamity.

On March 3, 2020, a massive tornado hit Tennessee, which blew off roofs, toppled trees, and even ripped some buildings to shreds. Families lost their homes while some devastatingly suffered a much greater loss after the tragedy.

On the morning of March 3, nobody in Eric Johnson’s house had any idea that the tornado had already devastated their neighboring towns. Johnson was sleeping at that time until his dog, Bella, a Miniature Australian Shepherd, suddenly woke him out of his slumber.

Johnson began to see Bella acting strangely and so he got up to find out what was going on.

When he turned on his television, he was surprised to hear on the news that a massive tornado was heading towards them in Cookeville. Johnson rushed to gather his family and Bella. They all miraculously survived inside the bathtub. Thanks to Bella’s peculiar behavior, Johnson was able to make preparations to save his family from death.

However, the story wasn’t over yet. Right after the tornado, Bella disappeared. Her devastated family couldn’t find her anywhere.

The family immediately began searching for Bella. Days went by after Bella’s disappearance but the family had no luck finding her. However, the Johnsons never lost hope and believed that they could find Bella. Some witnesses reported to the family that their dog was seen around the devastated neighborhood but they were not able to catch her because she was still anxious.

A lot of people helped Eric reunite with Bella.

People noticed that Bella was visiting the same area so they kept their eye on the spot, hoping Bella would reappear. Big Fluffy Dog Rescue even helped set up some cameras so that the family could easily locate their dog.

Because of the people’s collaborative efforts, they were able to catch the dog in an alley and bring her back to her family.
