Some people are dog people, while others are more cat people. However, there are also those who love both cats and dogs and wish to adopt them both. The problem is how to have them get along with each other.

This pet owner faced this problem when he introduced his pit bull to his new kittens.

A guy who loves both cats and dogs has a pit bull named Manny. Manny is one gentle pup and people often get surprised at how great he is. He loves a lot of things, but especially cats and small kittens. Manny had always been great with them and you will see how after you watch videos of him with them.

The owner lets Manny in the room with the kittens to see how they react.

A litter of kittens was living in a separate room with their mother tending to them. One day, the owner decided to finally let Manny in the room, as the kittens were old enough to roam and play around with the others. As the 100-pound bulldog sat in the center of the room, the kittens were shocked to see the giant peculiar creature. One of the kittens just froze on the spot as he glued his eyes on Manny the whole time.

The cute kittens have different reactions toward Manny.

It is funny how the white kitten just stood and observed as Manny examined the room. The kitten might have thought that the dog would not see him if he continued to stand still. Even when Manny approached to sniff him, the kitten never moved an inch.

The other kittens, however, are more calm than terrified of Manny. Some huddled and slept, while the others freely ran under his body, or even carefully approach Manny with the urge to play. The momma cat had probably been friends with Manny for a long time as she felt secured having her kittens approach Manny.

You could clearly see how Manny is great with the kittens.

Manny could be the kitten’s weird uncle! It’s sweet to see the giant pooch treading lightly while examining the new kittens around him. Even though one of the kittens was completely unsure about him, the others weren’t intimidated. Surely the kittens grew up accustomed to his presence in the house, and probably even spent time playing with him.

Manny is a perfect example that bulldogs do not deserve to be branded as “dangerous.”

The bulldog breed has a bad reputation for being violent and dangerous. However, once you see Manny, you would realize that bulldogs do not deserve the awful stereotypes that they were branded.

All dogs could be violent and aggressive only if irresponsible owners are the ones taking care of them, especially if they were being bought or bred for the wrong reasons. Despite their history as fighting dogs, that does not mean that the same applies to what they are today. Just like Manny, a lot of bulldogs grew up to be affectionate and adorable because they live in a home that encourages this kind of environment for them.
