One day, a tiny Canadian kitten was roaming the streets without anywhere to go. The adorable black-and-white feline was suffering from tummy issues, and she was lonely and afraid. Not knowing what to do, she made her way to a house and began frantically scratching at the front door. At first, she received no response, but she refused to give up until she had been heard.
When the family opened the door to see what the racket was about, they were surprised to see a small, black-and-white kitten as the culprit. Sensing the feline was too young to be roaming the streets on her own, the homeowners contacted the animal rescue Chatons Orphelins Montréal to see if they could help.
Rescue workers named the kitten Eleven.
Although Eleven’s behavior at the front door should have been an indicator, rescue staff were surprised to discover they had a diva on their hands!
When Eleven got to the rescue, she immediately started on her previous hijinx, swatting the metal bars of her cage and demanding attention from everyone in the room. Little Eleven didn’t want to relax by her lonesome— she wanted to be with all her new shelter friends!
It didn’t take long for the rescue staff to give into the kitty’s diva demands. As soon as the cage door opened, this little boss was on the go!
First, she got some much-needed playtime (by climbing up her friends’ legs). Then she decided she would inspect every nook and cranny of her brand-new abode— to make sure it was fit for a queen, of course.
Eleven is curious and mischievous, exploring every inch of every place she goes. This little kitten loves them all— and she demands unending love and attention every step of the way.
Whether it be the pet store to buy some food…
…Or the vet clinic to make sure she is healthy and well…
Eleven always has a blast exploring and commanding attention from everyone she meets!
Although she had a rough start, Eleven is finally living the good life— and getting the attention— that she truly deserves. After being rescued, the diva kitten was fostered by a rescue volunteer for 2 months before being adopted.
Now, she has furever home to call her very own.
