Siberian Huskies are known for their mischievous ways. This breed is very playful and will get away from their owners for a little stroll around the area they live in. We’re talking villages and small parts of town.
They are striking to look at with those wolf-like features and athletic build. Huskies are very independent so it’s hard to imagine one of them as a mother. Imagine having lots of them at home.
Hi mom!
Well check out this dog with her puppies! Mom has seven little ones who are all so full of energy, even the camera is having a hard time catching up to them. The pups dash from left to right and back in a blur while mom stays on the couch wondering what in the world she’s gotten herself into.
Then again she is a Siberian Husky. Mom gets excited and begins to jump up and down on the couch, as if encouraging her puppies to show her what they’ve got. Some influence she is.
They are up to no good.
Mom gets down from the couch, sprinting into the adjacent room with her pups wondering why mom bolted away from them. A bathroom break perhaps? Nope. She comes back out and runs up to the couch, doing a little doggy spin in her excitement.
The seven little ones try to imitate their mom’s running, which looks more like a bit of a hop-hop affair. They are unbelievably cute!
Mischief managed.
The pups stop and stare up at mom on the couch who is also eyeing her furballs from her vantage point. It’s a few seconds of staring, that is until mom explodes with so much energy again, jumping down and over her pups before running back into the same room.

What makes the whole situation funnier is that mom and her pups can’t seem to plant their paws on the slippery floor. For all their jumping and running, there’s a lot of slipping and sliding going on if you look closely.
Protect and play.
Mother dogs are great. From the moment a pup comes out, she licks and snuggles each one, wrapping her body around them for warmth while making sure they can reach her for milk. Those licks are doggy kisses that stimulate the bond between mom and pup.
Doggy moms are very protective. They will block and shield their puppies from strange dogs and even humans. A growl is a warning and anything after that is justified by her maternal instincts. But being dogs, the outpouring of love is beautiful to see. They will snuggle up together and once the pups are stronger, mom will play with them.
The magnificent seven!
Mom here must be like, come run and jump up here already! But the pups can’t! They’re too short and fluffy to do so and even if they tried, these adorable dogs would just tumble off and end up rolling on the floor. Which would be cute.
Well mom finally plops back down on the couch. It’s hard to believe but it looks like they’ve burned all their energy for the day. Then again we’ve all been wrong sometimes.
