It’s common for people to treat their pooches like their family members. But then there are some lucky canines that really get the royal treatment – and are allowed to do things like hop on the couch, ride in the passenger seat, or sleep with their owner in bed!
One dad filmed his husky named Millie looking mighty comfortable under the covers when it was his baby’s bedtime. Adorably, the dog refused to leave (can you blame her?), and he ended up capturing a video that’s melting the internet’s heart.
In one week, the scene’s been watched over 1.7 million times on YouTube.
As you might have guessed, Millie isn’t your ordinary dog.
She lives with her owners in Manchester, England, along with two husky family members named Rupert and Lola. One thing that makes Millie extra-unique is she’s a social media star (just like the rest of them)!
Her dad, Aaron Wallman, runs successful social media accounts called Milperthusky, where he shares photos and videos of their beautiful huskies and their journey.
In the video below, Aaron’s trying to get his son ready for shut-eye. However, someone else was already occupying the bed!
When the boy walks into the room he spots his dog Millie taking up half of it. She’s fully under the blankets and looking like a tuckered princess.
Okay, maybe this bed is big enough for both of them (for now at least).
Parker gets settled under the blankets next to Millie and she sweetly gives him kisses. Even from the beginning, you can tell that they have a loving relationship.
Aaron shared in the video description:
“Parker always cuddles Millie before he goes to sleep it’s like a daily need for him haha! He’s been this way for 2 years now. He loves his huskies so much. I think Millie our husky believes she is his mother. Her maternal instincts are so beautiful from her having puppies a few years back. Makes me so happy to see them bond this way!!”

Dad gives Parker his bottle preparing him for bedtime. Right away, it seems like Millie would like one as well. She licks her lips and stares – perhaps hoping he’ll be kind enough to pass over a few sips of milk. Please?
Aaron cracks a joke that makes the baby laugh and it’s total cuteness overload!
Millie loves to be loved.
According to the website DogTime, Siberian huskies are known for being a friendly and affectionate breed. In the video, Aaron gently pets Millie and Parker does as well. Not only does she seem to be in heaven, but you can tell she’s a sweetheart!
Huskies can be a tad bit stubborn too.
Dad tries to call Millie out of the bed so that Parker can get some rest. Yet, it’s easy to see that this pooch isn’t about to budge. With how comfortable she looks, why wouldn’t she stay for night-night time? She even has pillows!
Fortunately, dad concludes that Millie can stay. He then records her giving the sleeping baby a goodnight kiss. Aww!
The final moments of the video are so heart-melting, it’s easy to see why there are 45K “likes” already.
