Cat fight! Well, almost. See, cats are like us humans as well. There’s a lot of trash talking and staring down before getting physical. If it even comes to that since others would immediately intervene to avoid any altercation.
So these two cats were about to go at it in a public place. No one knows why they’re boiling mad at each other. Could be over food, or territory, or perhaps a female but what we do know is that claws were about to be revealed. Okay probably food.
Cooler heads prevailed.
Cooler, fluffier, golden heads to be exact. There were lots of meowing going on. Flat, threatening meows that would turn the heads of anyone in the vicinity. So it was probably a good thing that the golden security force was in the area.
A golden retriever makes his way over to one of the cats, slowly grabs it by the collar and drags it off. This dog literally pulled that cat away from what was an imminent exchange of sharp claws.
Funny thing is that the cat never reacted to the dog pulling him away. The cat just let his golden restraint drag him away. And as the dog pulled the cat up a few steps, another golden retriever was there waiting.
Both adorable doggos restrain the incensed cat until the feline cools off. The three of them rest on the steps when the tension disappears but those two retrievers stay with the cat to make sure he doesn’t get in to anymore trouble.
Could have been a cat-astrophe.
Now naturally, the comments section was filled with creative skits made up by the viewers.

To be fair, the cat let his paw buddy drag him off, which means the cat knows the dog and trusts him well enough to do so. This cat’s got quite the reputation it would seem. Doesn’t look to be the first time for these golden retrievers!
You have got to love how nonchalant the goldens are as they made their way to the mad cat. It’s like a daily part of their job, whatever it is. There’s always that one colleague who gets in trouble…
They’re both so fluffy the dog had a hard time getting a good grip on the cat’s collar.
You can see the dog still having to restrain the cat on the steps as the other orange cat walked by a few meters away. These cats have serious tempers. Good thing the golden boys were on duty.
