A lot of the time when a dog enters an adoption center, we assume that they weren’t loved by their previous owner. For Rhino, though, things are a little different. The adorable dog arrived at the shelter with a notebook filled from front to back with notes about him.

Rhino is about 3 years old and became difficult with the little children they had in their home. It was a difficult decision, but everything points to the dog being loved by his previous owners. Some of the notes in the notebook mention that his “cheeks make a lot of slobber,” and that he is “a good dog and he loves cuddles,” and is a “very amazing puppy.”

The dog is now looking for a home. Ideally with children who are 8 years old or older, and that he is house-trained, loves peanut butter more than anything, and not a fan of cats. Whoever brings Rhino into their home will also get a copy of the young child’s notebook.

Sometimes love is not enough and circumstances force families to separate from their furry family member. Whoever owned Rhino before clearly had a lot of love for him, and whoever has him next is sure to love him just as much!
