There’s a new star on Instagram: an adorable little dog named Tucker that resembles a bat when he smiles.

Tucker has mucopolysaccharidoses, a disease that causes deformities in a dog’s face and legs and other medical issues, like an enlarged tongue and liver. Tucker isn’t able to walk on his front paws, but the little pup doesn’t let that stop him from getting where he wants to go.

The disease also causes eye cloudiness and sensitivity. To protect his eyes, he wears goggles when he’s outside.

Tucker lives a happy life with his mom in Los Angeles, who shares his adventures on Instagram. He often goes with her to the store and helps her shop.
