Cory Williams, a famous online and TV personality, moved with his family from Southern California to Eagle River, Alaska. Their home is a bit farther from the city and is surrounded by woods.

Therefore, they took their time to familiarize the place and settle in this new environment. However, what they didn’t expect is that they have woodland neighbors who are curious about them. Thus, they get to see fun wildlife events just from outside their window.

This moose family frequents Cory’s new home.

Cory and his family were often visited by a moose family, a momma moose, and her child. At random hours of the day, they would just spot the moose exploring in their yard and saying, “Oh, the moose is back.”

Well, instead of shooing them away, the family just let them be. They instead gathered at the window to watch the curious moose freely roam around the place. Cory even has his camera ready to shoot some pictures and videos of them. They even made a vlog about them.

“I love how watching moose is like a family event in this house,” Cory says in his vlog.

They were all having fun taking turns on the camera or leaning over the window to get a closer look at the friendly creatures. It’s like a wildlife safari, except they remain in the comfort of their home.

They tried setting up a sprinkler, and they were surprised what happened next.

Cory heard from someone that baby moose love to play with sprinklers, and it was the perfect time to test that. They first waited when the moose family was exploring somewhere farther away from their home before they snuck out to set up their sprinklers. When they finally did, they just waited until they came back.

The baby moose immediately checked the sprinklers when they got back.

The Williams waited quietly at their house, and after a few hours, the moose was back. Seeing the sprinklers go off, the baby moose slowly walked towards it. The calf stopped there for a while, letting the sprinkler water bathe him.

After a few seconds, the baby moose started having a blast!

The baby moose switched into his playful mode and was running around, going back and forth at the sprinkler. The momma moose was looking after her calf from afar, and she just let him enjoy playing with the sprinklers.

At some point, the baby moose slip and fell on the wet grass, like a base runner sliding after hitting a home run. However, it only took him a slight pause until he went zooming again.

It’s just interesting seeing a little of what wildlife is like.

A lot of us don’t get a lot of chances of seeing what wildlife is like. Going to a zoo doesn’t show much of the animals’ personalities just as how this baby moose was like in his comfort zone.
