Stray dog repeatedly finds his way inside car dealership so store manager handles him
The young stray found his way inside a local Hyundai dealership in Brazil and didn't want to leave.

It’s the perfect street to showroom story for a Brazilian stray doggo turned car salesman.

It’s assumed that Tucson Prime lived most of his life on the streets.

But eventually, he found his way to a local Hyundai dealership and decided this would be his spot to hang around from now on.

The staff at Prime Hyundai in Brazil were pretty excited about their new neighbor.

Manger Emerson Mariano started to feed the dog, as well as provide him with some food and shelter.

The staff ended up becoming so fond of the dog that they wanted to give him a forever home.

So, Mariano ended up adopting the pup who is believed to be about a year old.

They ended up naming him Tuscon, after Hyundai’s small crossover vehicle, and Prime after the dealership’s name.

After Mariano took Tuscon to get all of his shots, he decided to give the dog a job as a “car consultant.”

“He has already been to the vet who estimated that he is not yet a year old. And as he proves to be very healthy, he is already taking the vaccines and being wormed,” Mariano told told ES 360.

It was a situation that worked out for both Tucson Prime and the dealership.

As an official employee, Prime has his very own ties and employee badge in addition to food, love, and shelter.

He also has a tuxedo for fancy occasions and a special dog house to sleep in when he’s not performing his official work duties.

Tucson loves spending time with the Hyundai staff and its customers, as well as serving as a “brand ambassador.

The situation has turned out to be a very good situation for both Tucson and the car dealership.

Tuscon ended up going viral and has become an overnight social media star.

He has more than 166,000 followers on his very own Instagram page and has brought lots of attention to the dealership.

“He became the sensation of social networks and now divides his day between photos, lives, training and meeting fans with licks: the sales dog @Tucson_prime has already passed the 150,000 followers mark and continues to win fans in Brazil and worldwide!” the dealership’s Instagram page reads.

Tuscon is also going to appear in advertising for the dealership.

When he’s not working, he likes to play.

“He loves to ride among the cars in the store and even gets into some. But, we are acting with total security, mainly in relation to the movement of vehicles, without offering any type of risk to him,” Mariano said.

Mariano said he was overjoyed that he could give a pet a home with so many animals becoming homeless during the pandemic.

“I became attached to him and, when I saw that the whole team accepted him very well, I decided to suggest to the board of directors to adopt the furry one and leave him as our mascot,” he said.

“After all, the company has always been pet friendly, so now, we decided to embrace this idea in practice too, having our own pet, precisely in a more complicated moment like this, with so many abandoned animals, ” he said.

The local dealership’s Instagram account always includes pictures of animals and pets, including bunnies and horses.

Mariano said that he believes many pets ended up being abandoned during the pandemic because of financial uncertainties in families.
