It’s hard to battle with negative effects of modern lifestyle on a daily basis. Stress, fatigue, and emotional weariness inevitably get the best of us, at some point in our lives. Music is one of the simplest and most effective ways to relieve stress and reconnect with yourself.

“It is well established that music can influence our moods,” psychologist Deborah Wells said. “Classical music, for example, can help to reduce levels of stress, whilst grunge music can promote hostility, sadness, tension, and fatigue.”
