Millie and Arlo are like a dynamic duo. At least, their mom Sam thinks so.
The 3-year-old rescue dog is smitten with her baby bro.
When mom brought him home from the hospital, he wasn’t sure how to react at first.
But once mom and dad gave him the lowdown, he quickly fell in love.
Both Arlo and Millie were very curious about each other when they both met.
From there a friendship bloomed. Now, they do pretty much everything together. They love to play with bubbles.
Arlo thinks it’s quite hysterical when Millie tries to eat them all.
Millie is also big on kisses.
He’ll cover Arlo’s whole face while Arlo giggles hysterically. Arlo loves to share his snacks with Millie. Sam says she’s just very grateful that Millie and Arlo get along so well.
“Millie came into my life at a really meaningful and challenging time. I had recently suffered a miscarriage and she was just always by my side in understanding what kind of emotional support that I needed,” Sam said.
Sam says that Millie is a beloved member of their family. And Millie thinks so too.
Sam says that she’s convinced that Millie believes that she is a human and she can play with toys the same way Arlo does.
Despite the fact that Arlo sometimes picks on Millie, he still owes her a lot.
She’s the reason he can walk. Sam says that the reason why Arlo was motivated to walk was that he wanted to keep up with Millie.
“Watching your child take their first step is such a big milestone. To see your two favorite people in the world supporting each other toward that milestone was really special to see. I think their friendship will only grow,” Sam said.

It shows Millie sitting close to a baby Arlo that couldn’t even sit up on his own.
Then we see Arlo growing stronger and crawling over to Millie to be close to his pup.
And now Arlo can run alongside his trusty dog. Arlo and Millie are always playing fetch together. Well, kind of.

Millie just grabs a ball in her mouth and runs back and forth while Arlo chases her.
