Puppies can be quite a handful for anyone, and this is especially true for their parents. Just like us taking care of human babies, any dog parent could feel the stress from taking care of their litter, especially when they grow up to be a feisty bunch. Concerning that, watch this particular Bernese Mountain dad as he seems just so tired as his daughter circles him all day long.
This dog is having a lazy day but his kid will not let him take a break.
A 10-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog named Max just wants to lie on the cold hardwood floor in the house, but his 9-week-old daughter Zoey is in desperate need of attention from her tired dad.
Zoey greets her dad with an overly energetic ‘good morning’ as she barks and pounces on him. However, Max is just too tired to give the attention that her daughter needed. Instead, he just tries to ignore the puppy as much as he can.
As soon as Max thought he finally caught a break, Zoey refused to give up.
Zoey ran from behind after she gave his father a few loud and sharp barks. Finally, Max heard silence so he decided to rest his head once more on the floor. However, Zoey did not give up on trying getting his father to play with her and let an adorably ferocious bark and right in his dad’s face. You could tell from Max’s face that he is so fed up with her daughter startling him over and over again.
The patient Max held as still as he could until Zoey finally gave up trying.
According to AKC, Bernese Mountain Dogs, or in short Berners, have a calm and placid temperament, which Max clearly showed in the video.
Max was able to stay patient with his 9-week-old daughter causing a ruckus around him. He managed to not lose his temper at all!
Zoey maybe eventually realized that her dad was too tired to play with her, and she finally calmed down. Zoey spent the rest of the time quietly creeping around and smelling her dad’s paws.
At the end of the video, Max was able to find the peace he was looking for the whole day.
The owner of these Berner dogs was able to capture an adorable short clip of the father and daughter’s day and uploaded it on YouTube. The clip was able to fish more than 700,000 views, and you could see how the people loved them in the comment section.

Dog parenting is ruff but their trustworthy owner are always there to assist them.
Dog parents may have it rough the first time they give birth to their offspring. Although some first-time dog mommas end up being a natural parent for their puppies, some mothers have no idea what to do as they are too immature for their natural maternal instincts to come out.
However, if our dogs trust us enough, they would let us intervene to help them with their problems. That way, we would not let them shoulder all the stress they have with their feisty puppies.
