If you love cute puppies, then this particular pooch will surely melt your heart. Matthew Kennelly is the owner of a very adorable Heller puppy named Buck. Buck is such a precious pooch with his little brown spotted ears and peculiar spotted snoot.
One day, he was out with his dad for a road trip. The precious pooch was seated on the front passenger seat, and as Matthew was checking on his puppy, there was something that caught his attention – Buck suddenly was having hiccups. He grabbed his camera immediately to film a funny moment.

Having hiccups is quite annoying and we try a lot of things just to try and stop it. Just like us, Buck was not having a good time with having hiccups; especially since it was his first time. The little pup was so frustrated by the sudden “hics” that he started barking at it, his invisible enemy.
He tried to bite it, but there was nothing to bite so, he continued to bark in frustration. Like any hiccups, they tend to go away at times when we least expect it. Hopefully, Buck got over his annoying hiccups during that time so he could spend a worry-free trip with his dad in the car. Who knows, his powerful puppy barks might just have scared those hiccups away.

Matthew decided to not keep this hilarious moment for himself and share it with the people on the internet. The clip ran for just a mere 16 seconds but it has earned over 25 million views on YouTube.

Hiccups is a normal occurrence in humans but it also does occur in some other animals, and that goes the same for dogs. According to American Kennel Club (AKC), this weird phenomenon usually happens after a puppy eats or drinks too fast, when they are tired or too excited; causing a spasm in its diaphragm, resulting in a hic sound. Hiccups are very strange, as scientists do not exactly know the mystery behind it; it just happens for some reason.

Puppies usually get the hiccups but they would get over it eventually. You could help them by letting them drink water to drown the “hics” or perhaps feeding them little by little during their meals as suggested by AKC.
