Video shows mom’s out-of-control dog completely changing with trainer
I had no idea dogs could feel your energy like this. It was incredible to watch him make a complete turnaround with a calmer person.

Dogs make wonderful pets. They’re fun to play with, cuddle up to, and take on outdoor adventures. These animals are also loyal, protective, and they provide unconditional love to owners who properly care for them.

Regardless of the breed, most dogs need a little bit of training. Some people can teach their pups basic obedience, as well as a few fun tricks at home. Others need an expert’s guidance. This is especially true for hyperactive puppies and even adult dogs that struggle to listen to commands.

Going bonkers

Although one couple loved their dog, controlling him was a major challenge. Making things more complicated…this was a large, black four-year-old German Shepherd named Tashi that had a bad attitude. One of his issues is that he would yank and pull on his leash while going on walks.

There was a bigger problem

This German Shepherd wasn’t too fond of other animals. In a video that’s now been viewed more than 500,000 times, you see this pup go crazy when another dog approaches. At the same time, the Shepherd is heard barking aggressively.

Caesar Milan to the rescue

While there are many gifted dog trainers, Caesar Milan is probably one of the best-known and most respected. He understands an animal’s behavior and has a natural ability to take charge. Watching him in action is amazing.

A family in crisis

One husband and wife tried everything they could to calm their dog down but without success. That’s when they contacted Milan, begging for his help. They didn’t want to get rid of their pup yet he was too much to handle. In particular, they were concerned about him hurting a person or an animal.

Careful observation

Initially, Milan stands off to the side so he can observe Tashi’s reaction to his owner and another dog. He immediately sees why they contacted him. This dog desperately needs to be trained. So, he sprints over to the pub and grabs his collar.

Instant results

Even as an elderly woman walks by with her dog on a leash, Milan keeps the German Shepherd calm. It only takes a few seconds before you see a stunning difference. As the owner looks on, she’s shocked yet somewhat skeptical.

Long time dog owners

Tashi’s owners, Marri and George Thomas have always owned dogs. After adopting their pup off Craig’s, things seemed fine. But then one day, the couple decided to take their new furry friend for a walk. As George explained, that’s when everything exploded.

Two different personalities

When indoors, their German Shepherd was calm to the point of being submissive. But as they tried walking him, things changed. He was so out of control that George even had a hard time controlling him.

Knowledge is power

Milan takes Tashi for a walk with the owners looking on. He keeps a firm hold on the leash and asks Marri, “See how he’s calming down?” But she responds with “Wait until you see another dog.” With a Husky standing nearby as part of Milan’s training method, the unexpected happens.

It’s unbelievable

As Milan and Tashi get closer to the other dog, he pulls up on the leash while saying, “Shh.” Not only is there no aggressive barking, but this German Shepherd lies down in the grass.

Feeding off emotion

Milan explains the difference is the emotion this dog feels from him as opposed to his owners. They’re frustrated and perhaps a little angry. So, Tashi feeds off that. In comparison, Milan is calm and in control.

The biggest challenge

Tashi goes the craziest when he sees the neighbor’s Maltese. Those people agreed to walk their dog past the German Shepherd while Milan held his leash. At first, he reacts poorly. But with a quick pull upwards on the leash, he calms right down.

Because Milan stays calm and pulls on the leash, he lets Tashi know his poor behavior isn’t acceptable. That’s when this pup responds favorably. While it takes some practice, today, the Thomas’ have a wonderful dog they can enjoy indoors and outdoors.

Milan reminds pet owners they can do what he does…it doesn’t take a miracle to transform a dog’s behavior…just the right knowledge and tools. See this remarkable change for yourself by clicking on the video below.
