A pet dog will always have love to give to someone who becomes part of its human’s household. The affection of a pet dog is not only limited to its human.
What is wonderful about having a fluffy animal at home is the affection that the entire household will get from the furry animal.
A pet dog will also be affectionate toward a person that has just become part of the family, such as a newborn baby.
There is one dog on YouTube that is extremely happy to have a new addition to his human’s family in the form of a baby girl. The dog even obliged to become the infant’s alarm clock in one of their YouTube videos.
The pet dog’s name is Philip. He is an Alaskan malamute that is fond of the new baby in their house. Philip is kind to the baby and loves to spend time with her. And, he also doesn’t mind waking the baby after her snooze time.
In the YouTube video, the adorable animal goes to the room of the baby to help wake her. The baby girl is a bundle of cuteness whose name is Amelia, and the dog is eager to spend time with her now that she is already awake.
Philip’s interaction with her little human in the video is amusing. The pet dog is very much eager to visit the new addition to their family in her room.
On entering the nursery room, Philip goes straight to Amelia’s crib. He stands up and rests his paws on top of the rail to get a glimpse of the child who is lying in the crib. The fluffy malamute ends up looking as if he is an older brother checking up on Amelia.
The video of Philip visiting her little human after her nap has been viewed 2.3 million times and has received 19,000 likes.
The Alaskan malamute is happy to see the baby in the video, and he seems to be enjoying being in the room. The popular video can be found on the YouTube channel Life With The Malamutes.
The pet dog is very fond of Amelia according to HER mother.
“Phil just constantly watches Amelia now and gets really hyper whenever she tries to crawl,” the mother says.
Amelia also enjoys having the adorable malamute as a guest in her room. The mother also adds that her daughter is “super happy” seeing the pet dog in her room.
A pet cat called Milo is also a guest in Amelia’s room. Milo likes to watch over the baby girl too like Philip.
The cat at one point in the video even gets in the crib with Amelia and moves closer to the baby, curious as to why the happy baby is kicking her feet.
The baby is so lucky to have such loving pets.
The mother gives a tour of Amelia’s room in the YouTube video. There is a rug in the room that is Philip’s spot while hanging out with the baby girl.
The room also has a wooly mammoth rocking chair and some cushions. It is the baby girl’s blanket, however, that catches the attention of the pet dog in the video.
He tries to take the blanket out of the crib at one point. He probably is just making sure that the baby girl doesn’t go back to sleep after her nap time. He is Amelia’s alarm clock after all.
Amelia and her loving pets must have enjoyed spending time with each other in the video. And, Amelia’s mother must have enjoyed watching the play date.
