Milo, the Labrador Stafford cross, enjoyed the limelight as he showcased his agility skills during a dog show. See how energetic and happy he is wandering around the stage!
Showcasing his charm and skills at Crufts 2019 day one exhibition.
Crufts, which is named after its founder Charles Crufts, is an annual dog event that aims to promote the general improvement of the dogs and their best of health as well as celebrate every dog in all sizes, breeds, and aspects in United Kingdom.
This is organized by The Kennel Club, an organization in the U.K. that ensures that all dogs live healthy and happy under the care of responsible dog owners. Aside from conducting annual dog shows and competition, this organization also provide training and education to meet the organization’s visions and objectives.
The other half of the dynamic dog duo.
Milo is accompanied by an incredible and young dog trainer on stage! Her name is Izzy, and believe it or not, she is a five-year-old dog trainer! And she is out there competing against adult trainers at the greatest dog event in the world!
At that age, this duo stole the spotlight and became instant celebrities in the said dog show.
Izzy was very confident in what she’s doing, thus showing that her young age isn’t a hindrance in competing and showing her skills as a trainer to Milo. Not to mention, they just joined the competition a week prior to this event! Wow! She really is phenomenal!
She even kept her cool when Izzy didn’t follow her directions in the middle of the show.
Seems like Milo wanted to pause for a while, but this five-year-old trainer showed how she can get the dog’s attention back to the competition. She didn’t get irritated or upset when Milo didn’t follow her instructions midway. Way to go, Izzy!
And when Milo followed her instructions, Izzy complimented him by saying, “Good Boy!”
But after doing an exhibition, Milo loved the audience’s attention!
And that’s how Milo ended his appearance on the dog show! What a fabulous way to end it! Good job, Milo and Izzy! Both of you were amazing and fantastic! You really did set the bar too high in that competition.
With that, they participated once again in Crufts 2020.
This dynamic dog duo joined the Young Kennel Club (YKC) Agility Dog of the Year category, where they won fifth place. This is open for ages six to twenty-five years old. This girl really has potential, don’t you think?
