There should be a definite rule that all must abide by that no one should be allowed to wake someone else up from a nap, including Mishka the Husky. Mishka was taking a wonderful nap on the living room sofa when his dad, Rodney Burns Jr., abruptly woke him up. Mishka’s revenge was amazing side eye and full eye glares at his owner and an unwillingness to move and share the sofa.
Power to Mishka!
Rodney Burns Jr. started his video with his finger to his mouth, knowing that he was going to sneak up on Mishka to wake her up. Mishka was completely conked out, while cuddling into the pillows and sofa. When Rodney rudely woke her up to ask,
“Hey Mishka, can I come lay with you?”
Rodney tries to lay down on the sofa with Mishka, but she is not having it!
Mishka does not move an inch as Rodney tries to share the sofa. Mishka is looking Rodney straight in the eye with such annoyance it makes Rodney go silent. He tries asking her more nicely if he can lay with her, but she is still not having any of his asking nicely. She wants him off that sofa immediately.
If you have never seen a dog have the ability to give a great evil eye to a human, please meet Mishka.
Mishka does not take her eyes of Rodney, even when he looks away. Mishka can win any staring contest after she is rudely woken up. Rodney even asks Mishka to move over, so he can have more space on the sofa. Mishka still does not move an inch, she is not going to give Rodney any leeway, as she still stares him down with the most intense look.
Rodney does not get the hint and pushes himself further into the couch.
This is when Mishka is almost at her breaking point. She is not only staring down Rodney now but her entire face has changed into complete frustration. Her mouth and eyebrows form into anger as well. She must be thinking that Rodney is pushing her limits to the very edge, but Mishka has great self-restraint and does not even growl at him.
Rodney does not look Mishka’s way after pushing his way onto the couch, instead he keeps his focus on the camera. That does not stop Mishka from keeping her intense stare right at Rodney, she needs him to understand that she is not one happy dog right now.
Everyone that has been waken up from a great nap too soon completely has your back Mishka.
Rodney finally gets the hint and tells Mishka sarcastically,
“You mad? Do you want me to get up? Thank you for the nap time.”
Rodney Burns Jr. posted the hilarious video to his YouTube channel that is dedicated to Mishka. Mishka and Rodney’s channel has over 5.95 subscribers to watch their adventures. This video has over 7 million views alone because the world cannot get enough of Mishka. Many have tried to give Mishka a voice during the interaction by commenting,
“Dog: ‘they call it deodorant, Rodney.’”
“Dog is like ‘Ever heard of personal space?’”
“’If only you weren’t giving me food every day.’”
