Dogs really are the best buddies we could ever hope to find. They have a special talent for making our lives happier, and studies have even shown that owning a dog can help you live longer and reduce your stress levels too.
It’s true that most of the time, dogs simply make us laugh and smile, but every now and then, they can behave badly too!
This hilarious video shows what happens when two pups make a mess and try to blame it on each other, rather than owning up and facing the consequences.
The video shows two beautiful Huskies named Dakota and Phoenix running around the hallway of an English home. Instantly, we can see that something is amiss here, as the floor is absolutely covered with little scraps of paper.
In the caption, the owner of the pups who posted the video reveals that those pieces of paper used to be a letter from HMRC, the tax collection department of the British government.
It was probably quite an important tax notice or bill, but one or both of these Huskies tore it to shreds, and they just don’t seem ready to confess.
“Was this Phoenix? Did you make this mess?” asks the owner, as Phoenix howls and whines in protest.
“Did you make this mess Dakota?” says the owner, turning to the second Husky, who also howls and whines, looking right up into the camera with her big, puppy dog eyes to seem as innocent as possible.
“Was it Phoenix?” asks the owner, receiving another chorus of howls in response.
It’s so funny to see the owner constantly asking questions and getting all these howls in return.
We can easily imagine what the pups are trying to say, with each one attempting to shift blame onto the other and argue their innocence.
Like a couple of kids caught redhanded drawing all over the walls, these guilty doggos will do anything to avoid admitting their crime!
The video goes on, with the owner trying to ask more questions but eventually being drowned out by the howls of his Huskies.
In the end, he still has no idea which of the two dogs was the key culprit here, but we have to say that Dakota looks a little suspicious. Then again, maybe it was Phoenix!
Or perhaps the pair worked together like a dastardly duo of letter-wrecking criminals and hoped to hide their crime with all those howls.
In any case, the video is a lot of fun to watch and has attracted over 5 million views so far, becoming by far the most successful clip on the Snowdog Guru channel.
Down in the comments, viewers proposed their own ideas about who made the mess, with some of them jokingly inventing their own dialogue for each pup and even suggesting that the house cat might have been responsible, after all!
Well, a secondary clip was later uploaded to the channel entitled ‘Revealing who really made the mess!’ which seems to solve the mystery once and for all. Check out that clip here but be sure to watch the original video below first!
