One of the reasons people love to live with dogs is that they’re very loyal.
They are very sweet, and loving, and want to shower their humans with all the love they have to give.
And they’re very protective of their humans and will take care of them as long as they can.
Some dogs go even further.
This is Tianlang.
Tianlang loves his human very much. But how does he know how to do that?
He has probably seen his human make this habit of tucking themselves in when about to go to sleep or doing it for other humans.
It’s so surprising to see how Tianlang knows what to do.
First, he makes sure that his human is already sleeping before he does anything.
Then he takes the phone away.
He takes it from her hand but keeps it on the bed and still within reach.
After that, he reaches for the blanket and pulls it up to her hand.
We thought that was it and he was ready to sleep.
But Tianlang did one more thing.
He turned to the light switch and turned off the main light. But here’s the even more surprising part.
He also turned on a nightlight.
Wow. Tianlang’s human definitely trained him well.
And because golden retrievers are very affectionate and intelligent, it’s no wonder Tianlang was able to learn this trick.
It’s a great feeling to know that, as a fur parent, you live with a dog who will always do what it can to protect you and make you more comfortable.
Even if you’re sleeping, you know there’s still someone out there who wants to take care of you and love you.
“This is why I always wanted a dog because their so loyal and loving to their owners, especially Golden retrievers. This owner is lucky to have a dog like them,” Adrianna Paul-Allen said.
We couldn’t say it better ourselves.
We totally agree.
They’re lucky to have each other.
And this owner is lucky to have found an animal companion who wants to love them all the time.
Because that’s not always the case, is it?
But that’s the case with Tianlang.
It seems like they have their own routine and habit in place so Tianlang already knows what to do when his human falls asleep.
It’s not so surprising though because Golden Retrievers are considered nanny dogs as well.
“The American Kennel Club (AKC) calls these big blondies “outgoing, trustworthy, and eager-to-please family dogs,” who are easy to train and playful even in old age,” Katie McPherson wrote for Romper.
More love than we can handle
With Golden Retrievers by your side, you’re going to be showered with a lot of love, care, hugs, and kisses.
It is great to know that if you’re having trouble relaxing at night, there is someone with you who will make sure that you can sleep soundly and in peace.
