O Brother, Where Art Thou?
It’s a totally different experience to grow up having a sibling. All unique experiences have their peaks and valleys, but the overall impact of having someone fill those shoes as a sibling provides a bigger impact on growth. Of course, I would also say everyone has a right to their opinion, however, those same people may have yet to see a video between two siblings that garnered over 9.4 million viewers.
In the video, we see a first time meeting between two golden retrievers. Be warned: cuteness overload coming your way. It was simply too uplifting for our hearts to contain and we just had to share.
Boomer, a 1.5-year-old golden retriever, was waiting patiently by the garage door as the unexpected was about to occur. Little did he know his parents had planned a huge surprise waiting in the garage.
As Boomer stood patiently waiting by the garage door with a very curious look on his face, a small golden retriever pup by the name of Bella was being placed inside a spaciously open bag for Boomer to meet. This wasn’t just a normal first impression, however.
Bella is actually Boomer’s biological sister with the same biological parents. That’s right, Bella is Boomer’s sister! At first, Boomer didn’t know quite know what to do with the petite bundle of joy.
After a few minutes of smelling and catching Bella’s scent, Boomer finally recognized his little sister and what happened next is just too adorable.
The two immediately clicked! Boomer’s excitement was uncontainable as he was overwhelmed with energy from Bella’s presence. He began moving rapidly and wagging his tail to indicate his acceptance of Bella. The pup was ready to have some company after all!
Bella had her part in the theatrics when she finally willingly stepped out of the open shopping bag. The young pup walked over to her new brother and greeted him with the best of manners. If you haven’t melted in your seat from all of this, then might a suggest a recent visit to the nearest eye doctor at your earliest convenience.
Seriously though, can you really get enough of this? Boomer is so jolly that he already attempts to play with Bella by softly nudging her with his nose in jest. These two are going to be a treat once they spend more time together, that’s for sure!
Even Bella was open to a little playful joust as she gingerly wagged her tail and let Boomer rub her head. The adorable pup is sure to have all the love she could ever want in this household.
The sibling exchange has earned the video comments of inspiration across the internet. More importantly, the proud parents seem ecstatic about their doggy pups’ first interaction.
Golden retrievers are known to display traits such as being intelligent, friendly, and devoted. They are incredibly obedient and maintain their puppy attitude even going into adulthood. It will no doubt be somewhat of a breeze raising these great breeds, as other breeds could require more intense attention and a more active lifestyle.
We’re happy that Boomer has acquired a sister to hang out and experience his puppy years with. Bella is incredibly lucky to have been put in such a loving home and we wish them nothing but the best furry adventures together!
