It’s hard to leave our furbabies behind, and it’s hard for our furbabies to be separated from their humans for a period of time.

Rambo was 7.5 months old when his human mom, Anny, left home for 18 days. EIGHTEEN WHOLE DAYS! How was Rambo going to survive without his mom?

Of course, Anny left Rambo in the care of people trusted.

It’s still hard, though. It’s hard to wake up in the morning and not see your human. It’s hard to wait at the door around the time your human comes home and they don’t.

It’s hard for dogs to be away from their humans.

Because the truth is, dogs miss their humans when they leave for an extended period of time. Dogs already get anxious when their humans leave them for 30 minutes.

To leave them for more than that can be confusing for the dogs and paranoid for the humans.

The good news is Rambo has a huge family.

He has human aunties and uncles and grandparents to take care of him while his human mommy is gone. He will still have his normal routine, as long as his mommy gave specific instructions to his “dog sitters.”

Fortunately, studies show that dogs will not be sad the whole time you’re gone, especially if you leave them at your house with people they already know.

Will your dog miss you? Yes, they will.

However, dogs are very adaptable. They will be able to adjust to the situation since you aren’t leaving them alone for days. Dogs can also sense your emotions and behaviors.

Chances are if you haven’t told your dog yet, they already know that something big is happening soon.

Your dog will definitely be upset once you leave but as long as they’re in the company of people they already know, then they’ll be okay.

One thing human parents and the dog look forward to is the moment they are reunited.

In this video, the German Shepherd dog, Rambo, was only 7.5 months old. His human mommy, Anny, has left the house for 18 days.

What will Rambo’s reaction be? Will Anny run fast enough to hug Rambo?

Rambo was leaning over the closed gate to the garage while he craned his neck to look for Anny. As soon as he spotted Anny running toward him, he lost it.

Rambo jumped up and down, barking his excitement. He tried to jump over the gate but Anny reached him just in time to stop him.

As soon as Anny stepped on the other side of the gate, Rambo jumped on her to hug her.

He kept running in circles around her, happy that she was finally back home.

There was even a point when Anny squatted in front of Rambo. Rambo leaned on her and Anny fell down on the ground.

Rambo couldn’t kiss and hug Anny enough in this entire video. They’re so blessed to have each other.
