Arguments are bound to happen when you’re in a family. Just ask Appa the Huskey and Arlo the German Shepherd.

While these two brothers love each other very much, sometimes they get into disagreements. Their parents think it’s hilarious and decided to put one of their arguments on YouTube.

“Appa and Arlo are the funniest of brothers. They talk throughout the day to one another and play relentlessly,” the video’s description reads.

The video begins with Appa charging down the stairs. He’s got something on his mind and he’s about to give Arlo a piece of it.

Appa doesn’t even make it halfway down the stairs before he starts yabbering away in his Husky talk. Appa stops in the middle of the stairs and goes silent to see if Arlo has anything to say for himself.

Arlo chooses not to speak and just lets Appa yammer on. And he certainly does. Appa stops to collect his thoughts and calms down a bit with some scratches before continuing his argument.

Appa seems to get a bit emotional at this point and starts to sound a bit whiney. Arlo still has nothing to stay.

That just makes Appa get all worked up again, and he goes on with his complaints.

Apparently, he thinks it’s time to shed some light on the situation and tries to flip on the light switch. And what do you know, Arlo finally has something to say about it.

He leaps to his feet and barks back at Arlo to stop him from turning on the lights.

Well, Appa just becomes incensed at this brother’s aggression and carries on with his angry tirade, hopping up and down on the stairs and showing his teeth to show that he will not be intimidated.

Arlo seems to feel a bit bad about this and sits back down as Appa continues to scold him.

And Appa goes on, and on, and on.

But eventually, he sees that Arlo has no intention of hearing him out so Appa decides that he needs a break.

So, he marches himself back upstairs. According to SpiritDog, Huskies use their vocalizations to express themselves in a wide range of emotions.

“Depending on the sound your Husky makes he will be communicating different things to you. Some vocalizations are those of joy and love, others of anxiety, boredom or loneliness. Huskies have a tendency to ‘talk’ to their owners,” the website reads.

“Every Husky owner has experienced their Husky looking straight at them and chatting away. This is a natural form of communication and doesn’t necessarily mean that your Husky wants or needs anything from you – he simply is sharing his love and affection! Nearly all Huskies are talkative like this. One possible explanation is that they were bred to live in large groups of sled dogs, which increased their tendency to communicate with the other team members.”

While they might seem to not be getting along right now, that’s not the case.

Their parents say they are inseparable.

“We adopted Arlo and Appa on the same day, Arlo was just 12 weeks old and Appa 6 months. Ever since that day they are inseparable,” the video’s caption reads. “They are the two sweetest pups I’ve ever had or known.”

Appa is described as very cuddly with a stubborn streak, while Arlo is described as hard-headed but also loving and sweet.

“He loves other dogs, people, and especially kids. They both are super attached to my fiance and follow her everywhere. Arlo and Appa both love our hikes and the dog park! We feed them a mix of kibble, chicken, salmon, rice, and various vegetables to keep their diet well balanced and their coat shiny and perfect,” the video explains.
