Puppies don’t easily run out of energy. They could just play all day long and still have the energy to give you smooches at the end of the day.
Still, it’s normal for them to have this bottomless pit of energy as they are just starting to experience the world before them.
These 8-week old puppies are just too adorable to watch.
The owner of Rei’s World, a shopping vlog on YouTube, was meeting his 8-week old German Shepherd puppy from the breeder. She was made to wait in some shed while the breeder gets the puppies.
You’d find yourself speechless while watching these adorable pack of puppies happily marching inside the gate. Little dirt clouds of dust fly as eight German Shepherd puppies pitter-patter on the ground with their teeny-tiny legs. It looked like they are more than ready to explore and meet their new hooman friends.
They all can’t get enough of cuddles.
The puppies are not scared of other people, and they would willingly go to anyone to receive some cuddles. Since they were running all the time, people must have been careful so they would not step on anyone. Still, the place was still wide enough for these puppies to roam around.
Later, the puppies’ dad showed up and the puppies became more excited.
When the pups saw their dad enter the room, their energy levels rose up even higher.
Despite the dog’s intimidating size, the big dog is actually gentle to everyone. While he’s making his rounds greeting the people, the puppies were trailing behind him, making him move from one place to another much quicker.
However, the playful pups eventually caught up on their dad and wrestled him down. Their dad was easily overwhelmed, especially when the whole puppy pack was on top of him.
Their dad managed to escape but he can’t shake off his own pups.
The puppies quickly chased their dad. Even despite their tiny legs, they were still able to catch up to him.
They even managed to pin down their dad the second time.
Dad just can’t get even a minute of rest as long as the puppies still have the energy to spare. All he could do was run around and wait for them to get tired.
Parents could just relate to this dog dad
Just as humans deal with their kids, sometimes it becomes a bit stressful. Parents can’t get enough rest with their kids still running around with their enormous amount of energy. The only time parents could have their rest is when their kids are knocked out from all the playing. Still, it’s a big part of parenting, and this dog dad definitely gets it.
It’s better to give them some time outside to run around.
As shown in the video, it’s quite important for puppies to be exposed to other people and let them roam free. Just like human babies, puppies are always curious about the things around them.
Instead of keeping them inside their cages, or at home, it’s better to introduce them to different environments and let them meet new friends as part of their growth. Besides, if they can’t release that playful energy within them, there’s a huge chance that they become aggressive and loud, overwhelming you even more.
