Mirrors can be confusing for animals, but they’re usually not this traumatic.

We’re not sure if it’s better to add the water or the dog first, but we’d be surprised if they managed to get him clean at all.

He looks like he’s going to make a break for it!

It’s surrendering to authorities right away, just to be safe.

It looks like its owner just told it they were on the way to the vet after pretending they were taking a trip to the dog park.

We’d check our shoes for surprises later.

But bugs and weather make that a less-than-ideal option sometimes.

We just didn’t think it would cause this kind of reaction.

For all we know, it could be waiting to bark at the mailman just for fun. But it sure looks like it’s pining away for someone it loves.

Even the little “knee” bend adds something funny.

Its pose says “paint me like one of your French girls,” but its eyes say “I can’t believe you denied me that treat.”

We don’t know what the last straw was, but it has come and gone and now all that’s left to do is beg for forgiveness.

We get the protective gloves, but they just freak out felines even more.

It’s ok though – cats bathe themselves.

They seem to have so much energy at first, but if you take them for too long of a walk, you can expect them to plunk themselves down and refuse to move.

This little guy was so beat that he couldn’t even lift his head.

That or he’s wondering why anyone would want to tear him away from his comfort zone.

His drama face is pretty cute though!

This drama king is going the extra mile, collapsing in the sunlight to get off the evil water.

And while we’re not sure she’s making an effort to be dramatic, those puppy dog eyes sure do have an effect on us!

How is it going to deal with whatever existential crisis afflicts it?

It’s truly not sure, but clearly considering its options.

Apparently, he had to give up a toy to its rightful owner.

But he looks like someone just told him Santa Claus isn’t real.

Those whiskers certainly add extra drama to the scene.

It’s the diabolical “I can’t wait to murder [insert anything here]” look that we all so rightly fear.

Keep your fingers out of the way, unless you want to lose them.

It’s a bit much to set your family up for a guilt trip by sneaking out and then getting mad at them because you’re outside.

But no one said cats were logical.

Don’t you hate when you need a good tub soak and no one understands?

Apparently, he’s just going to sit there and pout until it happens for him.

Well, maybe there was no life jacket for him.

Still, he looks highly unimpressed at the rejection and it clearly making plans for revenge later.

Don’t you know that if you’re going to eat something delicious you need to lock yourself in a closet so your dog doesn’t know about it?

Just take that thing right back to the shelter because this is a look that says “prepare for the end of days – either mine of yours.”

We’re not sure how to recover after judgement this harsh.

But something still tells us that this feline is deeply unamused with its human.

Maybe they did something horrible – like serve dinner 2 minutes late.

Normally when dogs learn to play dead, they do it with a little less flair.

But, alas, someone really gave this pup some quality acting lessons.

These two look like they’re about to be eaten by wolves.

We wouldn’t want to be the person who had to reach in there, that’s for sure.

We’d say maybe that will teach him a lesson in the future, but it probably won’t.

Some dogs are just runners. And some just enjoy the dramatic return.

The guilt!

We can’t even look at this cat without wanting to stay home and snuggle with it all day.

Of course, the minute you do it’ll probably want nothing to do with you.

It’s always nice to have someone listen while you vent – and act accordingly.

You’d think cats only got to eat once a year by the way they act when you go to feed them.

But we suspect these glares are the result of someone being a bit late to the table.

We don’t know what this cat just heard, but we suspect it was something surprising – like perhaps the word “no.”

They don’t take very well to being told that.

The dog looks like a grizzled road trip veteran who just wanted to stay home while the cat seems to be wowed by every moving thing.

Or maybe they both just assume they’re on the way to the vet and this is how each of them feels about it.

This dramatic darling really does look like life is over. Alas, it’s probably just asleep on the floor.

Against who? We don’t know.

But he’s got the gear and the attitude to strike fear into our hearts.

It’s completely impurrvious to canine cuteness.

But this cat is convinced it’s going down with the ship and that life is over.

We’re sure it forgot all about the incident 5 seconds later though.

They look like they want to point fingers but are still too stunned that they got caught.

We have to say, the cat looks like the innocent one, for once. And maybe that’s why the dog’s dramatic eyes look so guilty.

This cat is REALLY attached to its friend and will do just about anything to keep it up on the shelf.

But it’s unimpressed by the drama.

This pup is doing some world-class photobombing.

You know, just in case anyone might forget him.

We’re not sure if the band-aid is necessary, but some more TLC certainly is.

Someone’s feelings are still hurt.

Or else everything will be fine 10 minutes after they get home.

It’s still gonna be awkaward car ride though!

Getting caught out in the rain is no fun – especially when someone is taking your photo instead of letting you in!

But that’s a tall order for the cat.

He might be sitting there pouting for a while.

This dog looks so disappointed in its owner for letting this happen.

She really rained on its parade.

Either way, it looks pretty intimidating. Especially since it could probably just bark and them and they’d run away.

It clearly wants the most triumphant pose – to represent the way it lived.

We’re sure the cat is warm too, but we’re not sure how it feels about that particular heating pad on its head.

This cat is not pleased with the new addition.

They really should have put some treats on her or something.

Or maybe it’s just unnecessarily freaked out by a toy.

Poor, terrified pup.

That’s not normally where the drama occurs in the bathroom though – unless you have a cat.

Then again, cats don’t really like being picked up when they’re being shown something new.

Better to let this relationship work itself out naturally to cut down on the extreme drama!
