“For the strength of the pack is the wolf. And the strength of the wolf is the pack.” says Rudyard Kipling. And it shows if you watch any documentary about wolves. And dogs. After all, they are from the same lineage. And aren’t we all loyal to our family and friends as well? Same thing!
And in the same way a dog is loyal to his human, these guys would stop the earth’s orbit if it meant keeping their friend safe. Four different kinds of dogs took to the streets to help a friend.
All for one.
A car hit one of the dogs and the poor thing is just laying there in the middle of the road. His friends sit and occupy a lane as a show of solidarity. One body made up of five dogs showing the world why they are such amazing creatures.
We really don’t deserve dogs. These strays are way more loyal than most of our friends. You know that’s true.
One for all.
What kind of a person runs a dog over and doesn’t even stop to help? Or at least come back with people who can? A lot can be said about irresponsible drivers but it takes a special kind of horrible to just leave a defenseless animal after hitting it.
What makes it worse is that no one else stopped to help the dogs. People walked by, cars drove by, and still nothing. Come on, people!
Dogs deserve more lives.
Cats have nine. And that’s great but can dogs have, like, ninety??
A viewer named Hannah said,
“Such beautiful loyal creatures. Wish I could help them.”
To which Erika commented,
“Some people are truly shameless :( hitting that dog with a car then just run afterwards?”
Somebody help.
They say that to know the true character of a person, watch how they treat animals and the less fortunate. Well, sadly, no one here even bothered to make the effort. We can only hope that the person recording this eventually put the phone down and went to help.
Poor dog. He’s really blessed to have such awesome friends. Through thick and thin!
A man named Denver is really upset. He wrote,
“I always say, Dogs should have been the dominate species on this planet instead of humans!! They are smarter, more passionate and treat each other with dignity and aren’t racists towards each other!!”
He does make a great point.
The pack mentality.
Yes, being loyal comes natural with dogs. They are social creatures. Pretty obvious when you have one. But belonging to a pack is a survival tactic in itself. They depend on each other to survive. Especially strays.
Dogs probably see their human as the leader of the pack too. All those cuddles and antics might be their way of pleasing the leader. That means more food for them and a roof over their heads. Might be, but dogs are really such loving creatures.
These strays just put humans to shame. This selfless act of sitting with their friend in the middle of a busy street says a lot about those little hearts. They would have carried him to a vet or shelter if they could.
Loyalty unto to the ends of the earth! Check out these dogs below!
