Horses are beautiful creatures.
There are few animals that look happier and freer than a group of wild horses running through the hills.
Horses are easy to love–they work hard, make great companions, and are a lot of fun to ride.
It’s obvious why people will gather in large groups from all over to country to see these magnificent animals shown off.
And the 2010 PA Horse World Expo was no different.
Thousands of people came together to appreciate horses and were treated to a very awesome and adorable show.
Blitz, a young foal, was being shown off to the crowd with his mother and their trainer during The Parade of Breeds.
This is the part of the show where trainers and horse experts show off the many beautiful types of horses that exist on this planet.
But for Blitz, this was going to be an opportunity to see what his little legs could do.
At just 21-days-old, Blitz was still pretty excited about simply being alive and he didn’t hold back when it was his turn to trot around the arena.
The trainer runs out into the arena while holding onto Blitz’s mom.
She’s done this before and knows exactly what she is supposed to do.
Her job is to trot around with the trainer and let the people clap for her beauty.
Blitz, on the other hand, immediately breaks away from the trainer.
He starts running and jumping, kicking his little foal feet into the air.
Although this isn’t what the horse trainer had planned on, it’s actually working out quite well for them.
Blitz has the crowd roaring with laughter–they love every adorable little hop and sprint that he makes.
Meanwhile, the announcer has been trying to explain things about Blitz’s breed and give the crowd information on that type of horse.
However, no one is paying attention to what he is saying because of how adorable little Blitz is.
Eventually, even the announcer gives into Blitz.
You can hear him say over the speakers:
“The foal you’re looking at there is having too much fun for its good. He’s only 21 days old.”
He truly does look like he is having the time of his life.
Even though he seems to be running and jumping aimlessly around, Blitz may have more of an idea about what he is doing than we think.
Blitz comes across a cameraperson and decides to slow down and pose for a quick shot.
It’s almost like he knew that he was being watched as he paraded around the arena.
Whether he knew what he was doing or not, the crowd loved him.
Eventually, his time in the limelight came to an end and he had to be led out of the arena.
The video cuts out before we see this happening, but I imagine that Blitz didn’t make it easy on that trainer to usher him out.
