Dogs have their way of relieving their boredom at home. Most of us probably have seen our dogs spending some time peeking out the window, right? They could sit there for hours and they are entertained. That could be because they love watching the neighbors pass by, and sometimes they greet them with their barks.
But looking outside the window alone couldn’t provide them enough sunlight…or entertainment.
Ranveig and Claus Levinsen, from Gråsten, Denmark owns two nosy bulldogs, Bogart and his mama Winston.
Since their fur-parents couldn’t always take them out for a walk, these bulldogs found a way to keep themselves entertained.
There are two separate holes in their garden fence, and they are both big enough for Bogart and Winston’s head to fit. They could freely peek outside looking for interesting stuff, and when there are none, they could go play under the sun.
Seeing them like that, gave their parents an idea to make things interesting
But how do you make two adorable pooches even more interesting?
They thought of painting the fences with silly costumes for their dogs from outside so people would smile as they happen to pass by.
“We are living close to a walking path, so many people pass by every day, and the dogs are just so curious,” Ranveig told BoredPanda.“To prevent them from skipping the fence, we made the holes, but even if it was funny to see them from the other side, I just thought it would look even [funnier] if we painted something.”
She added, “You know, like in amusement parks where you can have your photo taken in these kinds of holes.”
With the help of their artistic daughter, they managed to make their idea a reality
One of the holes was painted with a jester costume.
On the other hand, the other hole was painted with a king’s crown. Once the dogs poke their heads out the holes, they would look like bulldogs with silly outfits from outside. They’re both funny-looking, but I think Bogart in his jester outfit is probably the best.
People then started noticing the nosy dogs in their hilarious form
Ranveig posted their photographs on Facebook, and it eventually flooded with people’s share-counts and reactions.
In the video shared by Danish media page, 112nyheder, Bogart was wearing the king’s outfit.
With Bogart’s hilarious look and his silly costume, he became a local celebrity in Denmark.
They dubbed him as “King of the road.”
Ranveig and her family did not expect that they would attract that much attention.
“I, myself, am blown away that my little dog has gone viral—just because he looks goofy,” Ranveig said.
While the people find Bogart amusing, the family admits that Bogart is indeed the cutest bulldog they have

Winston, the 8-year-old bulldog, gave birth to eight puppies which included the 2-year old Bogart we see now.
Among the eight puppies, Bogart was the smallest and the cutest, thus, they decided to keep him.
Now, he’s the goofy king of the road that made passersby and the internet smile with his natural goofiness.
