There are two types of dogs when it comes to eating – a voracious eater and a picky one.
In the first category, there are dogs who just love eating so much that they could chow down on whatever you place in their bowl. On the other hand, the picky dogs are careful when it comes to what they put inside their mouth.
This owner made his dog become a food critic.
Courtney has a golden retriever in her home and its name is Tucker. Tucker is a gentle dog with a perfect golden-brown coat. His owner Courtney posts hilarious scenes of him on the internet, and she even posts playdate sessions with other dogs.
One day, Courtney thought that it would be hilarious to set Tucker up as a food critic and post some clips on the internet. Well, she is not wrong as it got her YouTube channel boosted up to 1.9 million subscribers.
Tucker has a girlfriend, and she joins him for a taste-testing episode.
Tucker and his golden retriever girlfriend, Journee, are the perfect pair although they are very different dogs when it comes to food. In the couple, Tucker was the picky eater while Journee was the kind of dog that does not hesitate to eat anything on her plate.
In one episode, Tucker and Journee pair up together to taste test a couple of veggies.
In the 12th episode of the Tucker Taste Test, her girlfriend came over to join him on the food review. Courtney gives them a plateful of veggies along with some slices of watermelon and each dog showed a different reaction. Tucker looked doubtful about what he was about to be fed. Meanwhile, his girlfriend was up and ready to taste them all.
In the first round, Courtney gave each of them a slice of watermelon.
While Journee already gobbled up hers, Tucker was looking at Courtney like he was utterly disgusted by the food. Since Tucker could not bear to look at his plate, Journee took her chance to grab the food for herself.
The next plate featured a small slice of carrot. Tucker still could not eat the carrot his owner placed on the table. Courtney tried feeding it directly in his mouth, but in the end, it went to his girlfriend instead.
However, the moment Courtney pulled out a strip of chicken, Tucker became excited as he could not wait to eat it. To stop him from getting too excited, Courtney commanded him to sit and gave them their chicken shortly afterward.
A couple more greenies after, they finally enjoyed the taste of chicken.
After being fed with bananas and broccoli, surely these dogs were rearing to taste some meat already. Tucker was tired of being tricked into eating veggies. After they were served a couple more vegetables, Tucker finally got what he wanted to eat the whole time he was there. Courtney grabbed more of the chicken strips and tossed them to their mouths. The hungry dogs caught them mid-air with their mouths and became satisfied.
