Beds are sacred spaces.
We as humans know it as much as big fluffy dogs do. In a two-minute video posted by YouTube content creator Funny Dog Bailey, the cuddly golden retriever found himself in a fight for his bed.

The enemies are unrelenting but he cannot give up because one of his most prized possessions is held hostage.
The video starts off with Bailey facing a conundrum.
Two puppies who were enjoying their day with toys and games were plopped down on the bed. But it wasn’t just any bed. It was Bailey’s bed!

Of course, as with other videos, this was something big Ol’ Bailey can’t allow. He battled a kitten for his bed before so a couple of puppies won’t be a challenge. Or so he thought.
He first tried to “reason” with the two fluffy goofballs.
A dark-colored one was busy with a blue chew toy the golden retriever puppy was rolling around Bailey’s bed.
Bailey tried to coax the two into leaving his bed alone by tugging at the edge of the bed and threatening the two puppies to be rolled in a furry burrito.
The two didn’t mind though.
The puppies were so engrossed with their own versions of their dog days that it rendered Bailey invisible to both of them.
Bailey even barked to get his owner’s attention. Surely, if he can’t get them off his favorite spot, these lovely humans will! Needless to say, he thought wrong.
With a few more barks, Bailey tried to impose his “dominance.”
However, there’s only one thing Bailey is good at – being a sweetheart. So obviously, his barking didn’t give out the results he wanted.
Desperate times need desperate measures. He came through with this warning and started rolling the bed to wrap the puppies with it.
At one point, Bailey tugged on the bed in hopes that the puppies will just roll out of his spot. Slowly but surely, the puppies slid off the bed.
It was a difficult process of negotiating but Bailey prevailed in the end.
He then laid on his bed to show the puppies who’s boss. But instead of being scared, the two little dogs got their toys and handed them over to Bailey so he could play with them.
The older dog obliged, of course.
After all, he has won the war. The least he could do is give these little puppies a good time while he gloated.
People can’t help but melt with the amount of cuteness in one video.
“Poor Bailey. It looks like those puppies conspired ahead of time to ignore Bailey no matter what! Bailey is definitely a very patient dog, even when the new babies are being intrusive!” one person said, uncovering the puppies’ plot.
“Bailey is so territorial over his bed, but whenever he tries to evict occupants, they just ignore him, such a sweetheart.” Another one pointed out.
“Ah, being kids and not noticing or caring whatsoever.” One comment said, “Bailey contained his frustration and he’s freakin’ adorable!” and you know what? We agree!
