He actually has a pretty good method. 😊

Nothing in this world delights moms and dads more than seeing their baby’s many firsts and milestones. It might be the first word, the first time they stand on their own, or even crawling. That’s right, crawling. It’s normal for babies to crawl on their own but this little tyke seems to be having hard time.

He’s already on his belly so that’s a good start. He kicks his legs but he just can’t seem to move forward. What could possibly be wrong? Why can’t this five month old crawl like the others? The boy is determined!

All he needs is a little guidance and coaching.

Who better to teach him than his furry best friend?

This adorable Jack Russell Terrier has decided to take the role of crawl coach. After all, they’re right about the same size. For now.

This good boy circles around his little human watching the five month old attempt to crawl first. Once he notices where the little guy goes wrong, he looks at the camera, drops on his chest and crawls forward using his paws to drag his body across the carpet. Atta boy!

You can hear dad encouraging his son by telling him to do what the dog is doing. The Jack Russell even looks back at the baby as if to say, come on bud! You can do it!

The little human lets out a squeal of excitement as he props himself up on his hands. He actually ends up toppling over to his right and on his ribs but his faithful best friend is there to give him a few kisses of assurance. What a sweet boy!

A viewer observed,

“It really did look like he was trying to show him! Incredible. That’s too much! too sweet.”

That’s because Jack Russells are really affectionate and charming.

They are quite intelligent and clever too. The smaller build is definitely cute but they have tons of energy and are very playful, meaning they need lots and lots of exercise and patience. But this good boy is the patient one with his little human friend.

Notice how he immediately went to the baby’s side and gave a curious look? That’s because they are an inquisitive breed and when you couple that with their liveliness, you get a dog that’s always eager to please and socialize.

“This is so cute, babies learn by seeing others and your little Jack Russell Terrier is teaching your little guy .. really cute!”

How about it, little human boy? Try again!

The Jack Russell may have been bred for the hunting men many many years ago to help them with their pastime. This bold and intelligent dog is fearless and always ready to amuse and entertain too. What those men didn’t realize 200 years ago was that this breed would become a favorite among TV shows and films, and even become family pets.

They may be cute and small but you’ll need a whole lot of time and patience in dealing with them. With tons of energy and curiosity, they tend to get themselves in trouble so you have to be aware of where they are all the time. But if you want lots of laughter and love, then go for it.

Oh and don’t forget to watch the dog too.
