In many ways, dogs are really just like big babies. Aside from the obvious fact that they are totally reliant on us humans, they also love to cuddle, get excited over new toys, and enjoy nothing more than a good nap. In fact, the only thing better than a nice long nap, is a nice, long nap with a cuddly toy or two.
So when a man noticed that his giant stuffed teddy bear kept on going missing, an immediate suspect sprung to mind. And after he set up a hidden camera to record the theft, his suspicions were confirmed.
The bear thief was indeed the man’s dog, Arvo, who seems to have found the perfect cuddle buddy for long naps in his kennel. After seeing this adorable footage, we’d find it very hard to be mad!
The adorable video was posted onto YouTube by DailyPicksandFlicks, and since being shared it has already received over 26 million views from people all around the world.
The caption explains:
“This adorable long-haired dachshund named Arvo wanted to go to sleep, but it needed its teddy bear to cuddle with. It seemed like the bear was too big to fit in the dog’s kennel, but because of Arvo’s unwavering determination, the bear managed to be stuffed inside.”

At the beginning of the video, it takes us a minute to notice the little dog, as the entire doorway of his kennel is taken up by the cuddliest looking stuffed bear toy we have ever seen. But as the bear begins to wriggle, we realize that unless the toy has magically come alive, there’s probably a dog behind all of this.
As Arvo struggles to manoeuvre the huge bear through the small opening of his kennel door, he ends up having to stick his whole body out of his kennel so that he can get the job done. This task takes a lot of determination, but luckily for Arvo, he has that in abundance.
Success at last.
After a few minutes of wriggling, Arvo eventually manages to squeeze his bear into the kennel with him, and now he can finally have his nap. We have to admit, despite looking a little claustrophobic in there, the whole thing actually looks pretty cozy.
The bear thief has been discovered at last, and the guilty subject is far too cute for punishment.
