The reason why lots of people prefer dogs over their feline counterparts is because of their outgoing and friendly personalities.
They could get along with humans very well as long as they are fed and basically provided their essential needs. Aside from that, they’re also great at socializing with species other than them!
However, friendships don’t always form in an instant.
There may be several moments when a bond is formed even after meeting for the first time, but that normally doesn’t always happen. Like any other friendship, it would take time for them to adjust to you or to other animals during their first day.
Sometimes, you had to make an effort, making sure that they feel comfortable around new potential friends. Still, we can’t deny that a “love at first sight” is not entirely impossible, especially for this particular dog.
This dog had problems making friends with others until one day.
This dog named Song actually had problems making friends with others. Her owner explains that she doesn’t fancy other dogs even after many forced attempts.
Song might not have been exposed to interactions with other dogs in the past or perhaps she was just born to be that way. However, that same unsociable dog surprised her fur-parents one day when they visited a certain farm.
They were driving past a farm of horses and they noticed how excited Song was.
While driving in their car, they passed by a certain horse farm that surprisingly got Song’s interest. She was sticking her head out the window feeling the cool gust of air while admiring the pasture. That’s when the family decided to stop so Song could get out to take a closer look. Immediately after letting Song out of the car, she hastily ran towards the fence, calling out for somebody.
There were probably a few horses on that farm, but she fell in love with a particular one
Song had a distant gaze and she suddenly noticed a particular brown-coated horse that caught her eye. She was whining and crying from behind the fence as if she was trying to draw that horse’s attention towards her. Surprisingly, she managed to form a connection as the horse slowly strutted its way towards her. Like a good dog that she was, she only waited for the horse at the other side of the fence.
The moment they booped noses was the sweetest thing you’ll ever see
The horse was finally near Song and that few seconds of meeting suddenly turned magical. They began to boop each other’s noses as they were trying to familiarize each other.
They were really eager to make friends with each other and hopefully, they did after that. Although that moment was when the video exactly ended, you could not forget how wholesome of a sight it was. That was them forming a bond at that instant, and it seems like they could get along very well.
There are lots of videos where dogs formed unlikely bonds with others.
However, what makes this video special is the fact that theirs was forming the instant they locked eyes at each other. Also, you should consider the fact that Song was not a very sociable dog, to begin with. This is a “love at first sight” in action.
