Everybody who owns a dog knows that going for a walk is one of the highlights of their day. Dogs are very easy to please, and as long as they have food, a comfy bed, and plenty of walks, they’re going to be happy!
Usually, even just the question, “Should we go for a walk?” is enough to spark excitement in your pooch, so when a couple decided to film their dog’s reaction as they drive into a dog park, we know it’s going to be good.
Ellie the dog is beyond excited to be going to the dog park. The hilarious video was originally posted onto Rumble and has over 1.2 million views, and people just can’t seem to get enough of the pooch’s reaction!
Before Ellie’s owners even have to mention where they’re going, the adorable pooch stands to attention and stares out of the front window with mounting excitement, as if she already recognizes the place. She starts to whine and becomes restless with pent up energy as her owners ask: “Where are we? What’s going on, Ellie?”
As the camera pans outwards we can see the car driving into the dog park, and much to the amusement of her owners, Ellie goes crazy with excitement. She sits on her owner’s knee with her front paws forwards so that she can put her head as close to the window as possible.
She stares outside and continues to whine as her tail wags a mile a minute. She’s absolutely losing her mind to be at the dog park and her pure joy is simply infectious.
Ellie’s owners park up in the dog park and this is finally the moment we’ve all been waiting for. As soon as the door is opened, Ellie bolts from the car and runs around in excitement, barking loudly. After all of that pent up energy, she has a serious case of the zoomies and the park is the best place to let it all out!
She looks like a kid in a toy store, as if she simply doesn’t know where to run to first!
Ellie isn’t the only pooch who’s adorable reaction has been filmed as she goes to the park. There’s hundreds of videos of these excitable hearing that we’re going for a walk, and this is another one of our favorites.
The pooch, named Ziggy, is finding it hard to contain his excitement as his owner says, “Can I ask you something? Do you like all the walkies?”Ziggy’s response is to jump up onto his owners knee with a huge grin on his face.
But the fun isn’t over yet. “We’re going to need a few things, first,” Ziggy’s owner says. He then asks Ziggy to bring him his lead, his coat, and his collar, which the clever pooch does successfully! He retrieves the items from another room and brings them happily to his owner.
