People are inherently good. People will do good things for others.
But there are some people who let their bad side reign over the good. And most of the time, their victims are helpless animals. They abuse the animals, tie them up, and leave them to starve and die.
Here’s the good thing though. While there are people doing bad things, there are also people who take action against these unpleasant acts.
Take, for example, this puppy rescued by the woman in the video.
This dog was abandoned and was out in the hot summer sun. He had no food, no water, and, most of all, no shelter. To make matters worse, he was tied up with a chain that was so heavy, he couldn’t move.
Although with the state he was left in, he probably didn’t have the energy to move around. It’s very obvious what the intentions for the dog were when they left him like this.
The woman in the video noticed this dog and waited to see if anyone else would help him.
When she saw no one step in, she decided to just do it and rescue the puppy.
She took him into her car and started crying during the ride. And that’s when this woman experienced how thankful this dog was for her rescue.
At first, he wanted her to scratch him and shower him with affection. He needed love and he was desperate for love.
But dogs are sensitive and they can sense when humans need their help.
And when this dog realized his new human was crying, he decided to look cute in the hopes that she’ll stop crying.
When he noticed that she was still crying, he hopped on over to her lap to comfort her. His new mom couldn’t help but laugh in between tears. She was thankful to be at the spot where this puppy lay helpless. She was the person who needed to rescue him.
People were so touched at this sweet exchange and were grateful the woman was there to save him.

“The dog may have had a hard life, but he didn’t know that. He just knew that his new friend needed comfort. They rescued each other,” Avery Younger wrote.
“It’s so sweet how she keeps saying “Its okay”, and the entire time, the puppy seems to be saying the same thing in his own way. Absolutely adorable,” Canadian Mustang mused.
And there were some who probably wanted to stop the tears and lighten up the mood.
“Dog: “jesus lady pull it together you’ll get us both killed,” realdad32 joked.
“she’s crying, the dogs crying, i’m crying. Who is holding the steering wheel?” MalkinDirect Tube asked.
There are many reasons why people abandon their pets.
It’s heartbreaking when it happens but it does happen. That’s why it’s super important for us to consider adopting or rescuing animals instead of buying in shops.
