Us humans treat our pets as our babies, but there comes a time when some people choose to also have a real human baby. While some pets will immediately accept the new addition to the family, some might take some time to get used to them.
Baby just wants to have a chat with this husky.
In one household, a family lives with a baby and a giant husky. The baby was probably a year or less than a year old, considering that he could only crawl on their hardwood floors.
One day, as the family was just chilling, they left the baby at their husky’s care while also supervising both of them as they roam around the house. However, the husky was weirded out when the baby started making noises as if he was trying to speak to him. The parents were amused, and they went to grab a camera and see how their interaction would turn out.
The house was filled with the baby and husky’s yelling.
The baby started it first, and the husky howled back in response to the baby. As the baby was amused by their exchange, apparently the husky was not. The husky kept looking at the parents as if contemplating on why they had to put him through this.
It is a wonder what made the husky so annoyed. Probably the baby was just sharing how his breakfast milk tasted, or told him some corny dad jokes that he heard. The husky became extremely stubborn and tried to howl as loud as he can to cover all the noise.
The yelling galore does not stop there.
The baby was still perched at the same spot, as well as the husky. They both showed persistence, exchanging howls and yells back and forth. However, you could clearly see that the husky had enough of the noises. The husky gave off a rebellious scoff and tried to approach his parents.
He then barked at them as if he was saying, “Can’t you do something about this, hooman? This little flesh ball is getting on my nerves.” As the complaining did not work, he walked away but saw the little guy following him around. The pooch looked back to the parents for the last time and barked at them and probably said, “Look, he is following me now, care to get him away from me?”
Jealous huskies always be jealous.
Siberian huskies are one of the most stubborn dog breeds in the world.
The stubbornness also comes with the possessive trait, making them possessive in their territories or even towards their owner. This clingy trait of theirs could be adorable to some but it is not particularly great when you are planning to have a new pet or a baby because of possible jealousy.
However, if a husky is taught well and only giving them attention when necessary, they could learn to accept them and share their love with others, making them very lovable pooches. It may take time for anyone to fix this husky attitude but if you are not planning on getting another pet or having a baby of your own anyway, you could just continue spoiling your large furry baby and lavish them with attention.
