In Vietnam, the seafood industry is very important. For the past decade, the country has been selling more and more seafood products, and by 2012, more than 5 million people were employed by the industry, with 10% deriving their main income from fisheries. As you can imagine, the seafood sector is taken pretty seriously in Vietnam— and one fashionable fisherman named Dog is showing the world he knows exactly how to make a sale.
Meet Dog, an adorable Scottish fold kitten who makes his living selling seafood in Hai Phong, Northern Vietnam.
The fashionable 3-year-old kitty is owned by Le Quoc Phong, 25, and is often spotted in the city’s local market peddling his delicious seafood goods.
Dog loves dressing up in fancy outfits and has been comfortable in front of the camera since he just was just a tiny cat.
As mentioned, Dog is a dedicated businessman— and he gains the respect and adoration of customers and competitors alike.
Although Dog specializes in selling Vietnam’s finest seafood, he’s also mastering other sectors, like meat and veggies, too.
Dog spends most of his time working at the market…
But his owner says he has other hobbies too!
Thes include “ice cream, travelling, and sleeping”— and dressing to impress, of course!
In total, Dog’s wardrobe includes roughly 30 different costumes, including a Chinese emperor robe, stylish hoodies, a police man’s outfit, and a pirate’s gear.
Dog works very hard at the market, and he makes sure to play hard too. After a long day of befriending customers, Dad rewards him with some well-deserved snuggles and love.
Here’s a bonus clip of Dog enjoying his favorite snack!
