It showed a dog carrying a large tree branch in its mouth, stuck on one side of a narrow bridge. The problem is how could he get across the bridge with his stick?
The dog’s owner was calling out to him on the opposite side of the bridge.
As the dog approached the bridge’s entrance, he had no other choice but to stop since the handrail’s pillars prevented him from passing through. The dog took a brief pause and tested several angles to fit the stick on the narrow bridge until he finally found the solution. He tilted his head with the stick and victoriously passed through.
The original video was lost on YouTube, and WaggleTV uploaded it back on the internet. The hilarious clip received five million views. You could also see funny gif variations of it on popular meme pages. The most popular gif features floating mathematical equations popping around the dog’s background as he stops and calculates the correct angle.

The internet has an endless supply of hilarious animal pictures and videos. Sometimes, if people online find it funny, it would instantly turn into a meme template that people would use for years until another contender would come to take its place.
However, there are those memes that are hard to forget, and this should be one of them. No matter how many Doges and Grumpy Cats take over the internet, this one deserves a golden spot on the meme chart.
Whether the dog used quantum mechanics or a dash of physics in his calculations, it all worked out very well for him.
This proves that dogs are really smart and do not easily give up no matter what circumstances they face. He tried everything he could so he could just get past that hurdle. Surely, he was able to enjoy his large branch upon arriving home with his owner.
