If that’s Olaf then somebody get some help!
It’s the Christmas season which means that it really is a winter wonderland depending on where you are. And with that comes the inevitable. Time to build a snowman! Some go all out with theirs while others keep it simple like these girls.
They build a smaller snowman. One that actually does look like the beloved character from the movie Frozen. The giveaway is the carrot nose which is taken directly from the Arendelle (Arendellian?) snowman.
Are there rabbits in Arendelle?
Probably so. But this is America and what these residents didn’t foresee was that a carrot nose would attract an animal that feeds on carrots. The harebrained critter is caught on video having his way with the snowman’s nose.
What’s up, doc?
Viewers say it’s a white-tailed jackrabbit and the funny mammal is about the same height and size as the snowman. No wonder it wasn’t intimidated. Plus it’s cold out there and we all know how the cold can increase an appetite.
The white jack isn’t even concerned that he could be caught. He knows it’s freezing and no one would really come out just o shoo him away. And besides, why would they? He’s way too cute!
“This feels like something out of a comic strip or a cartoon. It’s absolutely adorable!”
Says a viewer.
They weigh from six to ten pounds with females slightly bigger than males. They are herbivores which explains this rabbit’s attraction to the exposed carrot nose. It was begging to be bitten!
Mr. Jack here just had a free dinner.
Poor Olaf. He should have imitated good old Frosty who just had a button nose. The kid watching the scenario is really entertained though. It did look like the rabbit was just giving the snowman a kiss.
Well if it was just a kiss, that must have been a pretty tasty kiss because it went to nibbling real quick!

White-tailed jackrabbits are native to the western and central parts of North America. Parts of Canada like Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Manitoba play host to these rabbits.
In America, you will find these rabbits in Idaho, California, Nevada, Wyoming, Colorado, Iowa, and many other states. People often mistake them to be pets, or wild rabbits abandoned by their mothers.
They can take care of themselves obviously. Look at this bunny eat away in the cold!
The jackrabbit is solitary and nocturnal. The only time they socialize is during mating season. People are typically told to leave them alone when seen in public places. Those guys just want to eat their vegetables!
Maybe they should have left out a small plate of carrots after this rabbit finished that nose.
