Kids love when winter comes. The sight of snowflakes falling alone is enough to make them excited about it. Furthermore, there are plenty of activities that they can do with snow; like snowball fights, forming snow angels, and most importantly, making snowmen.
But you can’t enjoy most of these activities with your pets.
These fun activities are best to do with friends — and dogs are man’s best friend! Besides, isn’t it lonely leaving your pet inside the house while you go have fun alone in the snow? That said, a 12-year-old boy from Romania named Andrei thought of an idea of what to do with his adorable dog, Pufi – and that is to go out for a sled ride in the snow.
It was a peaceful morning with the street draped with beautiful white snow.
Romania was just hit by a recent snowstorm. Even though it was already plowed, the neighborhood street that Andrei was in was empty. However, that didn’t stop Andrei from bringing his special bicycle with him.
What’s special about Andrei’s bicycle was there was an attached small sled behind it. Pufi could be seen already on the sled, sitting. It was as if he already knows the sled was for him.
The dog sat quietly while he excitedly waited for Andrei to hop back into his bike and take him for a ride. Since Pufi has a thick coat of fur, the cold didn’t bother him one bit.
The boy started pedaling, and Pufi behaved himself on the sled.
When Andrei’s bicycle started moving, Pufi remained comfortable in his seat. It looks like he was thoroughly enjoying the view while feeling the cool wind blowing through his fur. Furthermore, Pufi seemed already used to balancing on the sled.
The snow was quite thick, and Andrei had to exert more force than normal to navigate through the snow. Despite that, they both look genuinely happy. The adorable sled ride went on until they reached home.
The neighbors witnessed the wholesome thing and decided to share it on the internet.
Without Andrei’s awareness, someone was able to capture their beautiful moment on camera. The clip was then uploaded on Facebook, and it quickly went viral. Their video continued to spread around the world, bringing smiles to everyone who watched it.
A local community group noticed the post and decided to give them something.
The clip somehow caught the attention of CERT Transilvania, an active community that helps locals in various ways. They were touched when they saw Andrei and Pufi on their sled ride.
“Andrei and Pufi puppy conquered us hopelessly and reminded us of childhood when the simple things brought us the greatest joys: snow, a sled, and a reliable friend next to you,” CERT Transilvania wrote on Facebook. “Today we also gave Andrei joy by giving him a brand-new bike, equipped with everything he needs for many years to come on the road to school or racing with Pufi.”

Because of that, they bought Andrei a brand-new bike. The two really are looking forward to creating new memories with it. At the same time, everyone is also looking forward to Andrei and Pufi’s continuous adventures in the future.
