Everyone needs a playmate, especially our pets. Whenever we are not at home, they would get lonely just hanging around at the house by themselves. Therefore, some fur-parents decide to get another pet so that they could keep each other company while they are away. The same goes for this adorable Boxer.
The dog saw that his mom was carrying a big box with her.
A dog mom came back home to her house with a big box wrapped around her arms. Her big Boxer dog immediately rushed and came out to greet her by the door. Although, as they were walking, the dog smelled something unfamiliar, and he knew that the smell was coming from the box. The dog kept himself close and tried to reach his nose up so he could smell what was in the box. Little did he know that it was a surprise for him!
That was when he met his new puppy friend.
When the mom gently placed the box in front of her dog, the big Boxer dog was wagging his bobbed tail while examining the little puppy that appeared in front of him. Meanwhile, the little Boxer, excited to explore, wiggled his way out of the box.
Before going on an adventure to an unfamiliar place, the little Boxer spent his time trying to get to know the bigger dog first! He was not afraid to try to make friends and was not even ashamed to put his little paws in his face as he was introducing himself. After a few seconds, the little pup decided to segue and observe his surroundings.
It took two minutes for them to decide that they are going to be friends.
As the little pup was roaming around, the bigger dog made sure to keep an eye on him. The puppy went around sniffing random objects and even tried going into the box again. It did not take long for the puppy to get bored, so he decided to jump back on the big dog to try to get him to play along. They are incredibly adorable, especially the big dog who just went along with the puppy’s playfulness. Perhaps, he is happy to finally have a little brother that he could do fun activities with. What was more amazing is that they cultivated a bond in less than two minutes.
The big dog suddenly turned into a puppy as his new friend kept trying to play with him and it was really fun witnessing how they instantly became playmates even after a few minutes of meeting with each other. Surely, these two turned into the best of friends as they continued their life together at their loving home.
Why you should have Boxers at your home.
You could already see how great these dogs are in this two-minute video alone; although, there are still plenty of reasons why you should love one. History has shown that the Boxers’ ancestors are bred as hunters, especially with their large, athletic bodies which are perfect for the job.
However, as years passed, these dogs have transformed into one of the most family-friendly dogs, one of which is perfect for almost every family. They are playful, affectionate, and great dogs to have with children. Their protective nature makes them great as the family’s guardian and is not afraid to face threat along the way.
