Babies and kittens are often the first things people think of when they think of the words ‘cute’ or ‘adorable.’

Put them together, and you get double the cuteness. This is what you’ll find in the video below.

The adorable baby in the video is Noah. He lives with his dad and his mom, Roza, in the UAE.

In March 2020, Roza was living in her native Sweden when she went to the UAE and planned to stay for two weeks to visit her husband. Due to the pandemic, she got locked down and was unable to go back to Sweden.

She ended up staying in the UAE, where she lives with her family until today.

It was also during the early stages of the pandemic when Roza began rescuing kittens.

Roza realized that there were no rescue organizations in her area for cats, and if she wanted to help cats, she had to do it herself.

She began by TNR-ing, or Trap-Neuter-Return, the cats she found. TNR means cats are caught, spayed, or neutered, then returned to where they were found.

Roza took in her first orphaned kitten during the summer of 2020.

Since then, she has rescued over 200 cats and kittens independently and, after caring for them, offers them for adoption.

Roza focuses on rescuing orphaned neonatals and the most fragile kittens because she is familiar with how to meet their needs, such as tube feeding and administering injections.

She cares for kittens that might normally be left on the streets to die.

Her Instagram account the_street_kittens is full of photos and videos of Noah and Roza’s rescued cats.

“During this time I’ve also had a baby, Noah, who is literally being raised by kittens. I strongly believe in the benefits of animals and babies interacting early in life so you’ll see a lot of kittens and Noah videos,” Roza posted on her account.

While some new parents might hesitate to expose their babies to rescue animals so early, Roza embraces it and allows Noah and the rescue cats to interact freely with each other.

In the video, Noah is staring adorably with his big round eyes at one of the kittens. You can tell he’s very interested in the animal, even if he can’t even move his arms yet to touch the kitten.

There are a total of eight cats in the video, and Noah interacts with all of them.

Noah enjoys petting Tilly, one of the kittens who lives at home with them.

Sometimes, Noah is lying down comfortably beside the cat, just staring at them. Other times, he’s sitting up, playing with them, and giggling the whole time.

The cats all look like they are enjoying playing with Noah, also. When he is holding a big piece of paper, one of the kittens jumps in and out of the paper, making Noah laugh even harder.

Throughout the video, you can tell Noah loves his furry friends.

It’s lovely to see them interacting with each other, and it’s wonderful to know that he is growing up with a love and appreciation for animals.

We commend Roza for her work rescuing stray cats and hope more parents take her lead in exposing their young children to rescue animals to instill a lifelong love of animals in them.
