This could be one of the cutest matchups in human-animal history.
The battle between a delivery driver, whose trying to drop a package in the garage, and a pet chicken, who wants to go out, whatever it takes.
This chicken wouldn’t be stopped.
Delivering packages is not easy.
Not to mention the unexpected challenges and encounters they have during delivery.
The moment was captured on camera and has made rounds online.
This happened in Minooka, IL when an Amazon Delivery driver delivered packages to the intended addresses on his daily routine.
When he opened the garage door, he saw a chicken waiting inside.
“Uh, you gonna go back to the garage now,” said the driver.
The chicken was picking its beak outside and the driver added, “I have a garage delivery, and who steps out of the garage but a chicken!”
The chicken has his own plans.
The driver then picked up Fancy, the chicken, and put her inside the garage.
But as soon as he walked out, the chicken had already followed him.
Trying to avoid the driver, the chicken ran to the other side. But it was caught rather easily.
The driver then exclaimed, “Oh my God, I’m at war with a chicken right now,” then laughed at the situation he was in at the moment.
His chicken lecture continued.
“You have to stay in the house, Mr. Chicken Man,” said the driver while holding Fancy and stepping inside the garage once again.
But yet again, Fancy ran off outside the garage.
The chicken was very persistent.
It appears that Fancy was already fond of having people walk around the garage, said the owners.
The chicken was not afraid of the driver and even loved to have human interaction.
The driver even tried to put him in the cage and ran off to close the garage door, but then again the chicken hurriedly got out of its cage and went to the exit.
The delivery driver laughed and uttered, “No, stop following me outside!” To which Fancy did not mind at all. As long as it’s outside.
She doesn’t fancy herself a “kept” chicken.
The driver then had the idea to just close the garage door, picked up Fancy, and sent her back inside while the garage door was almost closed.
And it was a success.
The driver’s patience and positive demeanor in the situation helped him win this cute ordeal with a chicken, in a garage and delivering a package.
The video garnered more than 200 thousand views on Youtube and was flooded with comments.
