In Depth Review And Process

If you ever felt frustrated about your pup always pulling their leash, then it’s time for a change.

Every dog owner knows how important it is to get your pup their daily exercise, and walking is one of them. However, some puppies would constantly pull their leash, causing stress not just to the owner, but also to the dog.

Constant pulling on a regular collar can cause tension to the dog’s throat. It can also lead to neck and back pain. So, can you imagine how helpful it would be to have this no-pull harness?

The Crate & Kibble no pull dog harness was designed to discourage pulling. Aside from that, they made sure that the dog would enjoy every walk without straining their neck, back, and torso.

The bonus is the gorgeous design of the no-pull harness. This product was ranked via the following method:

The Bottom Line

We want the best for our pets. So, if you are looking for the best no-pull harness for your dog, then you will find everything that you’re looking for with the Crate & Kibble’s no-pull harness.

Made from love and experience, the collection that this New York-based brand offers will cater to any dog lover. Their stylish accessories like bow ties, bandanas, collars, and no-pull harnesses promise comfort and durability.

A dog that only stays inside throughout the day can cause it to be overstimulated once outside. This is one of the reasons why some dogs like to pull.

With the Crate & Kibble’s no-pull harness, you’re sure to notice how comfortable your dog is. There’s no tension or stress on the neck or throat of the dog.

Unlike other harnesses, this brand offers front clips to discourage your dog from pulling. The materials of each no-pull harness are made from durable and soft materials that ensure support and comfort.

What I love is that it also offers a convertible leash, in case you want to have hands-free walking. The design is minimalistic, so it doesn’t cause matting. Even if the design is aesthetically pleasing and minimal, it still ensures top-quality.

Your dog can wear it for a long time, and it would still be comfortable, even for long walks.

Another reason why I adore Crate & Kibble’s products are so lovable is that it comes in different sizes, so you won’t have to worry if you have a big or small dog. There’s a size that they can offer.

(1) Gorgeous designs (2) High-quality materials (3) Comfort, and (4) They offer different sizes, (They give back).

Gorgeous designs

The first thing that will notice about the Crate & Kibble no-pull harness collection is its design. If you love style and fashion, then you’ll fall in love with their product line. No matter what personality your dog has, there’s a no-pull harness to match.

Another thing to point out is that they have dog accessory sets, so if you want a complete look, all you have to do is complete the collection.

High-quality materials

The fancy designs are just one of the things that will make you fall in love with this collection. Each product that they offer is made from high-quality and comfortable materials.

Crate & Kibble products are proudly handcrafted from their studio located in Seoul, South Korea. They focus on every detail of each item, making sure that before they pack and ship the items, they have passed the quality assurance department.

Comfort

Before choosing any product, I make sure to read all reviews, and I make sure that my dogs feel comfortable with their harnesses. We take long walks, so comfort should be a hundred percent here.

The Crate & Kibble product line is surprisingly super comfortable for my fur babies. Imagine getting the style, high quality, and comfort in one, who wouldn’t fall in love?

They offer different sizes

My lovely furbabies come in different sizes, so it’s important to buy high-quality harnesses that come in different sizes, so, can you imagine the smile on my face when I saw that they offer their pretty harnesses in different sizes?

Each one is also adjustable and offers a snug comfortable feel for each dog.

They give back to the community

I always come across news about dogs that need help and are in shelters. That’s why in their little way, Crate & Kibble promises to donate a portion of their sales to animals that are in need.

Imagine that your dogs are comfortable, stylish, and you are also helping animals in need. How awesome is that?

UPDATE (6 months later!): My collection of Crate & Kibble has increased. I can’t help but purchase other designs. As for the products, they’re very durable. I love how chew-proof everything is since one of my dogs loves to chew. Then, true to its promise, it’s comfortable even if we go on long walks. I haven’t encountered any problem with accidental pinching or seeing any of my dogs feeling uncomfortable.

All of my no-pull harness collection from Crate & Kibble was worth it.

CONS
X
Plastic adjustments
X
Bulky for small dog breeds

The Bottom Line

Ruffwear is a brand known for its durability and comfort, perfect for those who love sports and their dogs.

Their Front Range Harness offers a padded harness perfect for everyday wear. It’s also ideal if you love the outdoors and you love bringing your dogs with you.

They also pride themselves on their aluminum V-ring that is located in the top center of the harness. The harness also comes in different sizes and colors and has an ID pocket for your dog’s tag.

I love the materials used for the harness itself. I have two large dogs, and this harness fits perfectly. You won’t see any discomfort even when you’ve been using it for a long time.

They also have a reflective trim and light loop, so you can easily spot your dog when there’s little light available. If you’re looking for features like this, then Ruffwear perfectly thought of it.

However, I’ve noticed that the adjustments are made of plastic. So, in any event, if the plastic adjustment breaks, you can no longer use the harness. I’ve also encountered a problem with my smaller dog. It seems that the padding makes it bulky for her.

For those who love designs, then you’re limited to choosing solid colors with this no-pull harness.

PROS
Offers six-point adjustment
Machine washable

Has a Y-neck design

CONS
X
Limited design
X

X
More expensive than other no-pull harnesses

The Bottom Line

The Blue-9 Pet Products Balance Harness may look familiar because it’s used for dog training. I love the minimalist design and the Y-neck feature.

It’s perfect for dogs who are undergoing training or for shelter dogs. The design enables them to feel comfortable. It doesn’t pinch the dog’s shoulder, and they can still freely move around.

Another notable feature is the six-point adjustment. For those who have dogs in different sizes and breeds, this will work well with you.

If it is your first time using this type of no-pull harness, then you might get confused about how to put it on your dog. I love how it’s machine-wash safe too.

This no-pull harness is available in different solid colors, and it’s not padded. Some may not be bothered by this, but it’s also something to consider, especially if you love walking.

You’d also notice how the price is slightly higher than its competitors.

PROS
Five different sizes
3M reflective padding
Three-snap buckles for a perfect fit.
Dual leash attachment

CONS
X
Too many clasp adjustments
X
Heavily padded
X
Materials easily tear

The Bottom Line

What I love about the PoyPet No-Pull dog harness is that it comes in different colors and five different harness sizes.

You can choose from its front leash attachment and back clip. This feature enables the owner and the dog to choose which they prefer. There’s also a 3M reflective padding and three-snap buckle to ensure the perfect fit for your dog. The PoyPet brand is also affordable.

The main complaint about this brand is that it is not that durable. Multiple reviewers complain that the buckles don’t last on this harness (though, it isn’t the most expensive harness, so that would make sense).

In addition, reviewers report that they had trouble initiating a return for this product. Not a great sign when you know that others have experienced issues with the durability of the product. Buyers beware!

PROS
Budget-friendly
Comes in four sizes
Reflective material

CONS
X
Loosens overtime
X
Front o-ring is made of plastic
X
Harness twists when dog pulls

The Bottom Line

Who wouldn’t fall in love with the Eagloo no-pull dog harness? The price is budget-friendly, and it also comes in multiple color variations. It also promises durability.

What I love is the price and the colors available. I purchased two, one purple and one black. I chose two different sizes for two of my furbabies.

For its price, I love that it has decent padding and has reflective materials. Another notable feature is that you can choose from its two available leash attachments, and the fabric does look dense.

What I noticed after a few walks is that no matter how I adjust the harness when using the lower chest ring, the whole harness won’t stay in place. It will twist on my dog whenever she tries to pull.

The lower O ring is made of plastic. That made me feel doubtful since one of my dogs pulls hard and is strong. Because of her strong pulls, I’ve noticed some threads were loose only after two months.

The price is a great deal, and it does the job. This would be perfect for small to medium-sized dogs who don’t like to pull.

CONS

X
Didn’t help with pulling

The Bottom Line

Another no-pull harness that isn’t too expensive and looks nice. It comes in different colors and patterns, so that’s a plus. It also has sizes to choose from.

It’s well-built, and I love how each buckle is placed where there’s no chance my dog would get pinched. If you would notice, Barkbay’s claim that it’s super reflective is true to its word.

Unfortunately, it didn’t seem to help with our pulling problem. This big guy (my dog) can still pull. Now, about the two metal leash attachments, one of them suddenly broke.

When choosing your dog’s size, be sure to read reviews carefully because their sizing is smaller. If you want to know about the “heavy-duty” strap, honestly, the feel isn’t what I’ve expected. It seems lighter than what it’s supposed to be.

If you have a big dog who loves to pull, then this might not be the perfect harness for your dog. If you have a small to medium breed that doesn’t pull so hard, then you might want to consider this one.

PROS
Tactical harness design
Six different colors
Four different doggy sizes
Velcro molle pouch attachments
Snug fit
Affordable

CONS
X
Poor stitching
X
Not chew-proof
X
Straps slides

The Bottom Line

The Icefang harness collection was designed for working dogs, so imagine how excited I was to try it with my German Shepards. I love the snug fit that it gives them, and it does the job and prevents them from pulling. It’s also not as expensive as you may think, so it’s all good.

However, after some time, I noticed the poor stitching. I thought maybe, it would still keep up to its promise. After a few more uses, some of the stitches broke. I had to ask someone to secure all the stitches again.

Can you imagine if this was used for training and one of the straps broke? It was a scary experience. There was also an issue with the sliding straps, thus loosening the fit.

The design and concept are good, however, the quality of the product had issues. Here’s a big complaint about the product itself — there is a single point of failure on the harness, which can be risky and potentially dangerous for your dog.

PROS
Six available sizes
Affordable
Comes in different colors and pattern
Perfect for large dogs

CONS
X
Poor quality buckles
X
Side straps (Velcro) gather debris
X
Chest/Belly strap is not that secure

The Bottom Line

This no-pull harness is really affordable so, if you have lots of dogs like me and want to find something that can fit your budget, then this is a good product.

It has a single metal ‘D-ring’ located in the front of the vest that makes it secure for the dog. It also comes in different colors and patterns, perfect if you love style.

You get style and six different sizes, making it a good deal for those with various breeds of dogs.

However, there are a few things that I’ve noticed.

The chest strap adjustment buckle doesn’t do the job of staying secure. One of my dogs is playful and loves to pull, so considering my puppy’s size and strength, he was able to loosen that strap and escape, not just once but three times already.

The quality of the plastic buckles is also of lesser quality compared to the other no-pull harnesses. Lastly, most of you who own this too may have noticed how the strap or velcro gathers debris, in my case, a lot of it.

If you have a dog who’s small to medium and who doesn’t pull that much, then you can make this work, after all, it’s affordable and can still do the job.

Conclusions

As dog owners, we only want the best for our fur babies.

This means we have to test different products for them. We don’t want to just try out any product without checking them first because we might be compromising their health and comfort.

We have different dogs who have different personalities and traits.

That is why we should check each item before we invest.

Dogs who pull can strain their throat and neck, and we don’t want that. So we are looking for high-quality products that will prevent them from pulling and give them comfort.

I hope this review helps, and you can also try out your top three to see which one is perfect for your furbaby.
